Ask Kenny Bell and Kevin Norwood what spreading the ball around has gotten them.

Kenny Bell wouldn't be drafted anyway.

Norwood could very well go in the fourth round if he continues to have a good offseason.

Odell and Jarvis are leaving in three years and will both be drafted higher and sign for millions more than your two four year seniors.

They were fifth year seniors.

Not to mention all the four and five star WRs that can't even get on the field yet. I would list them all but I think this post has served its purpose.

You mean all those guys who have caught...how many passes in college?

Les Miles has not recruited a 1st Rd draft pick on offense in 8 years at LSU. Why is this? When Saban and Jimbo were at LSU they had a 1st Rd running back, Wrs , and Qb. Since Sabans players have cycled out, not one offensive player has been drafted in the First round from LSU. Nada in 8 Les recruiting classes.

Even top 10 recruits like Russell Shep and Ruben Randle, bust and don't get drafted close to where they ranked in high school.

Bama has had multiple Rbs, multiple RB, Wr all go in the First in this same time frame.

Yea, no doubt Kevin Norword played really good. Had he judged that one deep ball correctly, he likely wins MVP of the game.

Les or any other coach don't draft 1st Rd draft picks. They recruit players that are ranked using the "star" system. Glad I could clear that up for you pal.

Sorry Bubba, Jimbo gets the credit for the development of said players.

Yet Les has managed to put more WRs in the NFL than Lord Saban has. Brandon Lafell, Demetrius Byrd, Rueben Randle, Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry were all recruited and developed by Les Miles.

Funny you would mention the two biggest 1st Rd draft busts from the same backfield in NFL history.
Julio Jones is the only player that would be drafted in the 1st Rd if all these players had to re-enter the draft.

Game.Set.Match? Not quite Eh?

Dude. Let it go. They are miles ahead of LSU in terms of O-line development/getting drafted. They have had more 1st rounders than any other school in the country the past 4 or 5 drafts.

This is a pointless thread by you. You can't really knock what they are doing over there and, it isn't like they are the primary competition for Dupre any way. That would be FSU. And it isn't as if your moronic thread is going to make a single shred of difference in where the kid goes to school.

The OP wasn't about the development of the o-line.
You can't comprehend and I'm the meauxrawn.

As are 99% of all posts on every board here.

I asked a few simple questions about WR development and I got mostly gumptarded replies.
I didn't say Bama was the primary competition.
Once again you need help with reading comprehension.

I don't care were Dupre or any other 18 tr old young man goes to college. You'll never see me bash a recruit online in any forum. I lurked for years because I knew these forums were pointless.
I'm only having a little fun here, If you knew me you'd understand this is all hilarious to me.
Have a good day sir. I don't post on message boards all day like some.

the OP was designed to create a comparative analysis that was in LSU's favor. My point to you is that can be done by Bama as well with other comparative analysis at different positions.

And most LSU posters here saw where you were going with the Dupre bait. If it weren't about Dupre then why not make the same post about Bama QBs or D-line? It was transparent and everyone saw where you were going whether you admit it or not.

That's good. There is no reason to bash a teenager over a decision he makes for HIS life. Besides, we've got plenty of other posters who do way too much of it (see CRob reaction, Hootie reaction, Tony Brown reaction, etc).

He will be able to tell his grandkids that he was Senior Bowl MVP and that he caught a whopping 4 passes for 78yds with 0 TDs against the Honey Badger in the BCS title game.

Unfortunately they may ask him why he wasn't drafted higher with such accolades associated with those achievements!!

He can just show them his rings...

LSU is Norwood's bitch

If you're going to play that game and have players re-enter the draft, sure Ingram and Richardson might drop out of the first round, but Eddie Lacy should move into the top 10
