Norwood was just named the Senior Bowl MVP.
He was not MVP of the game, not MVP of practice and not MVP of receivers during practice

Great job developing that talent.
I started this thread to try to find out if Bama fans thought the WRs are being properly evaluated and developed.
I can't tell you how hilarious it is that you people keep wanting to discuss the only other position that Saban can't seem to develop.
This thread is starting to have a twilight zone episode feel to it.

He meant Offensive MVP.

Unfortunately they may ask him why he wasn't drafted higher with such accolades associated with those achievements!!
His stock has leaped. He's definitely a mid rounder now.

Still looking for that 1 special Bama poster.
I know your'e out there. Just need 1 humble soul to admit that WRs haven't been developed in Nick's time at Bama
I'm pretty sure I already told you that the truly talented WRs we've gotten are Julio, Norwood, Cooper, White, Black, and Foster. The lost two are young and haven't seen much PT because of older guys ahead of them. Julio is a top 5 WR in the NFL. Cooper, Norwood, and White will all be drafted.

You're a sad little person.

I commended you for your reply and the tone and directness of it. You are the only poster that would even come close to admitting that the WR development hasn't been where it should be. It's like trying to get the followers of David Koresh to admit he wasn't the second coming of Christ.
I can't tell you how fascinating you people are.

You're not wrong, it isn't where it should be. Christion Jones is a prime example, in a way. He averaged under 10 yards a catch this season. Why? Because suddenly we decided it'd be best for him to throw him nothing but short passes and see what he made of it. It felt like he wasn't even getting game reps running a full route tree.

No, you started this thread in an attempt to troll the fanbase of a university you have an obsession with.... it ended up backfiring.

You may have to turn in your Bama fan card my friend.
Bama has so many highly touted WR prospects on the roster now. It'll be interesting to see how they are used in this new offense. Before Cam Cameron came to LSU Odell and Jarvis had yet to be used properly.
You do seem like you don't have thin skin like most Bama posters.

The fact that you view it as a troll only proves that your are an insecure little man who takes this wayyyyyyyy too seriously.
I would say I'm totally fascinated with Bama fans and how they totally define themselves through a amateur football program.
If you read my posts you should be able to tell I'm having a blast. LSU football is just a passion of mine. Not an obsession!

Obsessed. Very evident from your posts. No one should take you seriously.

As we've shown LSU fans a hundred times, we spread the ball around last year whereas Landry and OBJ had 80 percent of your catches.

Ask Kenny Bell and Kevin Norwood what spreading the ball around has gotten them.
Odell and Jarvis are leaving in three years and will both be drafted higher and sign for millions more than your two four year seniors.
Not to mention all the four and five star WRs that can't even get on the field yet. I would list them all but I think this post has served its purpose.

There only thing I have seen is him being awarded with South's Most Outstanding Player.

He also supposedly was named "Senior Bowl Offensive MVP" after the game. That could have been reported wrong.
