I won't go as far as a lock for kris, but that's probably where he's going

some word that Ag coaches had Boyd close to flipping today. He didn't want to commit but had already scheduled the "event". We'll see if we can flip him over the next few days. Doubt it, but then again this recruiting season has been one for the ages.

Wouldn't hold your breath on that.

Any time A&M doesn't land a recruit LSU will say this. Like clockwork until the end of time.
Wait til NSD and we can review Chavis's immediate impact to recruiting. I promise you it is light years better than Synder even though "Chavis doesn't recruit"

He hasn't + affected a&m recruiting or - affected LSU recruiting.

There is no way you can honestly say he has no + affect on A&M recruiting without trolling or just not following A&M.

You follow A&M. So just outline the positive effect he has had. There are only going to be so many commits since he was hired.

I thought we had no chance to get Hill & Boyd. Then Chavis got hired. Once that happened, I knew we wouldn't lose another recruit to A&M ever again.

If A&M doesn't address its defense then we don't keep Kyler. If we don't get Kyler then we run the risk of losing other big time offensive commits like Kirk back in Dec and stand no chance with Lodge, Bussey, Merrit, etc.
A&M would have stood little to no chance with Smith, Mack, Boyd, Hill, Sheffield, and others. Now finishing 2nd vs not being considered means little in recruiting, but it is still an effect. However I do I think on signing day you'll see some of those guys commit to A&M.
Also he did bring in Thomas & Moore since he was hired.

So you loony fricks are going to give Chavis credit for your offensive recruits? How much are you losing faith in Sumlin then if he can't hold on to his guys??
