Whats the latest with Liggins? You have to think Wallace to Ole Miss doesn't hurt State. It might not help much but it can't hurt. I'm still not completely sold on Liggins as an SEC QB but State has to have another warm body to put behind center next year.

After reading this whole thread, I want to kick Bundy in the balls. Not over the Wallace ordeal but his view now on Favre.

Liggins is visiting State this weekend but is likely an OM lock

Favre was give. A golden opportunity to play QB in the SEC but he decided he would rather get high and skip class.

I thought highly of this kid. He just didn't have his priorities right.

Yancy is actually saying Liggins will probably end up at OM but is not a lock. Someone has been negatively recruiting about how we have so many players in academic trouble and it has momma Liggins worried

it's hard to get a read on Liggins.

Everyone assumes he will choose OM since he is from Oxford... but there are some who say his family wants him to get out of Oxford.

Mullen wants him badly and I would be very happy if we can land him.

umm.......he's a Favre. What exactly gave you hope he wouldn't end up like the rest of his family?

FWIW Gov. Barbour pardoned one of Favre's uncles who was in jail for DUI manslaughter.
