I still lol at the fact that you're such a bandwagon fan, that you've decided to drop OSU.

I remember when you had OSU logos in your sig pic, and you have buckeye in your handle.

pretty bama fanish of you to suddenly roll with the team you think has the best chance of winning it all.

The fact that you say shite like "frick OSU" is all I need to know about your fandom.

Good get for LSU but I thought he already decommitted from UA a while back. I guess when he said he was committing at the UA game in Jan I assumed he already had. Oh well and congrats to LSU.

Oh how quick some of you forget a 3000 yard passer, 2 1000 yard receivers and a 1400 yard RB

Blake Sims has better stats than Mett did his senior year. Blake Motherfricking Sims.

Y'all going to take another JUCO QB? Will Jennings win six Heismans?

Well, that's just simply false.

Mettenberger had a higher completion percentage, yards per attempt, yards per game, td:attempt ratio, & qb rating.

The only stat Sims had that was better was int:attempt ratio.

Their stats:

QBA: 3250 yards (64.7% @ 9.16 ypa), 26/7

QBB: 3082 yards (64.9% @ 10.4 ypa), 22/8

Which quarterback would you rather have? Personally I'd rather have the one who threw four more touchdowns and one less interception, but if you want the guy who has a .2% better completion percentage, have at it.

And those stats don't include rushing TDs.

Anyone outside of you Bama tards would take Mett over Sims every time, period.Last time I checked Mett was starting for an NFL team.

Nice deflection.

Sims played in one more game than Mettenberger and attempted 59 more passes. Hence why it's not intelligent to look at overall numbers like total yards, total tds, etc.

Sims averaged a TD every 13.7 pass attempts. Mettenberger averaged a TD every 13.5 pass attempts.

Like I said, Mettenberger lead every statistical category except int:attempt ratio.

Just admit you were wrong and move on.

False. Sims was in a QB battle that took away over one game worth of snaps from him. Was Mett in a qb battle as well? No?

Rushing TDs as well. Those proved to be important in several games.

Mett also had two NFL WRs to throw to versus Blake's one NFL WR. Mett also had a better rushing attack that had to be respected versus Alabama's limited success on the ground this year.

Mett got hurt and that can cancel out whatever gametime advantage you think he had.

Point being is that LSU seems to depend on having an NFL QB in order for their offense to be successful while Alabama doesn't. Blake Sims, in all likelihood, will never start an NFL game. Yet he has helped lead our team to an SEC title in a year where our defense has been slacking.

Which qb currently on LSU's roster is NFL material?

Sims had 428 plays compared to Mettenberger's 330. Still want to go down this rabbit hole?

Oh, so now we have to add rushing stats in as well since you missed the target on your first post. Laughable.

Several? Which several games? Florida Atlantic? Southern Miss? Tennessee? Texas AM?

Ole Miss is the only team he rushed for a TD against in which the score was within single digits.

Amazing how arguments change to fit your agenda. You'd be laughed off the 'bama board with that shite.

LSU averaged 202 ypg in 2013 with a 5.03 ypc average.
Alabama averaged 209 ypg in 2014 with a 5.11 ypc average.

You wanna rethink that?
