The only thing Keith has said is that he hasn't been able to confirm it. But he says it wouldn't be a big surprise and that AU has never felt good about landing him.

I mean, logically, this can't actually be true.

Who the hell let the writer even put that out in the first place. AU cant be happy about it either way. Hope Marlon feels some type of way about it with Wilson being his friend.

He's not gonna ditch his brother because of some writer. In the end, none of this will matter. Wilson was always going to Bama and Marlon to Auburn

I seriously doubt there are many 2 or 3 star recruits in the Hall of Fame considering these internet sites haven't been around long enough for many of the players ranked by them to make it to the Hall of Fame.

You are apparently too dumb to understand the point I was trying to make anyway. Many of these kids have an over inflated opinion of themselves, so why would anybody be surprised that a 5 five star player would have such an opinion? There are also many more lightly regarded players that don't make the NFL than there are who do make it

Oh yeah, there might be a decent number of NFL Hall of Famers from historically black colleges, but that is largely because a good many of the major colleges didn't recruit blacks before the late 60's or early 1970's

I think everyone needs to remember those are the words of the Rivals writer and not a direct quote from any coaches.

The writer should be ashamed, but schools back off recruits all of the time. The only thing that blew this up is the recruit tweeted out what the rivals guy wrote. Careless on the authors part, but shouldn't be used against the program. Unless of course posters here are wanting to troll.

Don't see why it is a big deal that we stopped wasting time recruiting a kid out of our reach

Writer is a moron for the "bad fit" comment but probably meant "We never are going to be able to give him what he wants"

Was it not said "Bad fit" on and off the field? That is a bitch move by the writer unless he has some info of off the field issues.

I, for one, did not think he was going to Auburn. You could tell he was playing the game. Dude was bama all the way. Think there was some that felt this way as well.

Some mods on rivals alluded to the fact that Mack already thinks he is a "made man" because of his 5* status. Doesn't necessarily work hard off of the field (practice, weight-room,etc.) because he believes he is the shite basically and Muschamp doesn't like that.

That and trying to recruit Marlon to bama made them put that in the article I believe. Another person who claims to be a "insider" said that Mack lied to Lance Thompson about legit interest so him and Muschamp basically told him to kick rocks. Mutually seperation, shouldn't be a big deal at all.

Crappy thing for the mod to post in general about being a "bad fit" on and off the field, but it is done. He went back and edited the article but obviously someone already showed it to Mack. Kid is responding just like a pre-madonna would though, trying to get all the attention he can out of it.

ETA: I personally do not know or care if any of these things are true, simply what I read earlier today. In the end it doesn't matter because he is going to Bama no matter what.

You can have Rashaan. His dad is an immature piece of dog dung who was still talking shite about Auburn even into last season. It is going to be interesting to see how many problems the dad causes if Rashaan doesn't turn into a star like his dad wants. I don't see the piece of shite dad as a team player

The name "Mack" is bad luck when it comes to college football recruiting.

5 star, #1 OLB recruit in the nation, Mack Wilson in T-Town this past weekend with fellow recruits, Ben Davis and Marlon Davidson.

Five-star LBs @bendavis_1 and @Iam__MW3 visiting #Alabama today, in town until Wednesday. @TideSports

He retweets a copy of a poster showing him and the other two at Bama, replying that it would be nice.

Would be nice .. @bendavis_1 @marlondavidson7

Auburn gets upset, panics, decides to not recruit him anymore to keep him away from their other recruits, especially Davidson.

Auburn said I'm not a good fit for them .. ??????

So Mr. Pick, aka Mack Wilson, responds...
