Serious question: Were they even any good? I know Phelon sucked, but I have no clue about Corey. I never heard his name at Bama, so...Les was probably happy to let them go to free up spots.

Sidell Corley transferred to Troy. He did so because his mother was shot to death and his uncle drowned the next week.

For the 18th time, it does not matter if he signed a LOI, once he began classes then he is an AU tiger. There is no such requirement to sign a LOI.

This rumor popped up during Spring Break... as Miller was on vacation with some Auburn people I know.
Sounds like BS to me.
And Saban absolutely did not give Grant a release hence the reason for him walking on.

But Grant is expected to be eligible to play this year at Auburn, correct?
If a school does not grant a transferring player a release then I beleive he still only sits out 1 year, but he can not be on scholarship for that year.
So, IF Miller isn't granted a release but transfers to LSU anyway, I think he has to walk-on and sit out the 2012 season but will be eligible and on scholarship for 2013.
