He might be a good fit at LSU, but he is definitely not Florida OL material because no where in his highlight tapes did I see him blocking his own teammate during a game.

Isn't this the guy LSU fans were saying was overrated earlier this year?!?

Allen was the most overrated prospect since Landon Collins when it looked like he was headed to Alabama at the beginning of this class.

I was around. There were honest posters who questioned why he was still rated a 5 star on some sites, but I don't remember anyone saying that they didn't want Allen in this class.

He was overrated. ESPN had him as a 5* and top 10 player in the country. He should be a 4*.

Thanks to Grimes loading up on talented O Linemen the last two years, we are finally at a point where we can take a high-upside project like Allen and wait on him. We wouldn't have signed him 2 years ago, because he would have been forced into action fast.

Willie Allen was always a take. He just a few bad showings in camps last summer.

Of course he is a take. He will RS and and in a couple of years he will suprise some folks. We wanted him as did other programs.
