For what it's worth, Outlaw and Fields won't make it to UGA. Fields will need a minor miracle to have his grades in order by December and UGA will not take him as a May enrollee. Outlaw has a zero percent chance at qualifying...they said his grades at GMC are abysmal.

I am sure you guys know but you are probably too busy preparing for the SEC Championship to come post.

Marshall to announce commitment Dec. 6

quote:

Millbrook running back Keith Marshall has set an announcement date.

Marshall told HighSchoolOT.com on Tuesday afternoon that he will announce his college commitment on Dec. 6.

The announcement will take place at 2:45 p.m. at Millbrook High School.

Georgia fans have probably had the most satisfying season of anyone in the SEC.

You guys didn't expect to be in Atlanta after the first two games. We all gave you shite about Boise throughout the season while your team got better and better.

With Richt staying you will probably get more good news after the season ends with a really good recruiting class.

You're good people, and win or lose I'll be happy with the result of the SECCG. I always pull for the Tigers behind the Dawgs!

This announcement will come right before the Football Gala, which is our last major recruiting event before NSD. Attendees will be Cordarelle Patterson, Josh Harvey-Clemons, Eukeme Eligwe, Marshall, Avery Young, and pretty much every major target still on our board. It's already poised to be a very successful weekend, but God help everyone else if the Dawgs were to somehow bring home the SEC title. Would make an emotional, fun weekend even more ridiculous. Might also help that there is currently slated to be a Larry Munson Memorial Service in Sanford Stadium the afternoon before the GALA. I'd imagine that all those fans and the history behind Larry could be quite inspiring

Marshall has been a stone cold lock to UGA for MONTHS, with the stipulation we still had Richt. Obviously we do still have Richt and will for at least another few years, so Marshall is a take-it-to-the-bank guarantee.
