WCA, I don't think the issue is whether or not you're a fan of UCLA football; it's whether you're less of a fan of Texas A&M--the school where you matriculated.

That situation makes perfect sense but A&M is still your team. You're an Aggie. This guy is saying he roots for Kentucky and only Kentucky when his diplomas say Alabama.

Grew up an LSU fan, but once I got on campus as a student, my fandom expanded beyond sports and covers the university as a whole. There is definitely a major difference.

Well said. Athletics has become even more of "just a game" for me, while it's just as exciting seeing our future alma mater growing like it is. Excited to anticipate my degree's worth increasing over these next 10 years.

Graduated from Alabama in 1991, pull for both LSU and Bama and ULL
