The Wikipedia guy is Alabama and auburn. Thunderdome to claim him?

I don't think Wiki has gotten anyone rich. It would probably make him the most influential alumni at any of our schools other than Clinton.

Not sure exact current values for UT alums, of course:

Only two Billionaires I know of:

Min Kao - $2.4 Billion
Charlie Ergen - $17.1 Billion

ETA....forgot Jimmy Haslam - $2.7 Billion

But doesn't Southern Miss claim Buffett too?

He graduated from Southern Miss. He's Southern Miss's.

That is like A&M claiming T Boone.

Then you also have to give Lionel Richie to Tuskegee Institute, where he graduated.

Rita Benson Leblanc is the wealthiest woman in LA.

She isn't the wealthiest woman in La and anything she has would be attributed to Tom. She is an opportunistic POS and that part could be traced to aTm. Aggy certainly has it's share of wealthy alum's but that's mostly due to the numbers that have come out of aTm. Kids that go to aTm couldn't get into Rice or UT, and couldn't afford TCU, SMU, or Baylor. Those are facts.

If there was a list/ranking of the top ~1,000 HS graduates in Texas, I'd bet heavy that less than 25% go to aTm. That is a generous % as I suspect that it's less than 10%. I also suspect that most of the mouthiest aggies on this site earn less than $200k/yr.

Jimmy Buffet learned to play guitar while he was at Auburn. We made him who he is, he's ours.

He failed out of AU because he started focusing more on music and he only enrolled at USM to avoid getting drafted to Vietnam

Do y'all just make this shite up? He graduated from USM in 1969. The draft lottery for Vietnam was December 1, 1969, after he graduated.

A&M led in athletic department donations last year with $67M followed by Oregon and Michigan.

Former rivals Texas & TCU were also in the top 10. Auburn was the only other SEC school at #7.

Buffett finished at USM, not sure why Auburn claims him so much. Didn't he only attend like one year there?

That makes him an AU alum

Billy Payne's the Chairman at Augusta National which is like living in heaven.

Bill and Hillary are worth 111 mil in spite of the fact that they have been in "public service" for almost their entire professional lives. I am sure they aren't involved in any sort of untoward political corruption. No way.

I guess you don't keep up with other political figures net worth. the Clintons is not at all out of line.

but, since you obviously hate them you allow your bias to trump your honesty.

and since Bill Clinton was the greatest president in your lifetime he should be worth much more.

You're probably correct and I only threw that number out because I have no idea what financial success means to these jackasses. I know that we hire experienced pre-sales engineers in that OTE range. The point is that these aggies like to brag like no other SEC fanbase and I'm sure that the majority of them are completely full of shite.

This one is really shaken up. I assume you earn 250-300k?
