I've never cared about basketball. I hate the "sport" altogether. It WAS a decent sport at one time but since they pretty much no longer call traveling of palming, it's just become a ridiculous shite show.
Football is getting close to going over that edge with how seldom they call intentional grounding and how they protect the QBs even if they are running the damn ball. It's getting close to "no hitting the QB at all".

No one else cared about baseball? Mite want to check with the fans from UT, USC, Miami, Fla. State, N.Car., Arizona St, Cal, UCLA, Miss. State, Ok, etc. There is a good reason why ESPN has stepped in & now televise all regional, super regional & the CWS games. Too, the SECN has carried all the SEC games going on 2 years now. A bama fan proclaiming to know what makes LSU baseball so great has, literally, no point of reference. Keep on not caring & you will remain in the bottom of the league while the rest of the league pushes hard to get better facilities, coaches & teams. The Big 12 has exploded, the ACC

That's right.. you listed 10 teams with only one being in the SEC. in the 1990's nobody cared about college baseball and LSU took advantage of that.

That's as hypothetical as it gets right there man. That's like saying would kentucky care about basketball of they weren't good at it. Lsu is one of the best programs in college baseball so it kinda hard to guess that because we are the standard in college baseball.

In the 1990's all those programs were very relevant to some degree or another. That only one SEC team was there has nothing to do with "no one caring about baseball". My point is programs all over the country did, so it was a national sport back then. Not on the scale of college football, basketball, no. But that is not your argument. Look at which programs LSU beat to win those N.C. Hardly a bunch of college baseball nobodies; rather, they were programs all over the college baseball map. The only sport bama cares about is football, deserved, but there is no need to run down other sports that a lot of other schools care about. But say what you want to say: The Intimidator out in RF says it all for college baseball fans. Every team that plays at the Box has made comments about it.

Im so tired of these dont care about baseball threads. Bama is a team who likes to act like they dont care unless they are good then they are all over this board. LSU, MSU, Ole piss, USCE, Florida all care about baseball and they know it judging by their fan base attendance
