The only thing "proven" was that Cecil Newton ASKED some boosters for money, and those boosters immediately reported him to the MSU AD instead of paying him. Also proven that Cecil asked coaches for money in his motel room, and the coaches told him that wasn't going to happen.

Y'all beat us that year by a field goal and that was only because our WR dropped at TD at the end of that game.

You take away Cam and our team was so much better than yours. I'll take your Fairly and raise you a Fletcher Cox. Dude would have won awards had he not been at MSU. We also had an actually secondary including a corner who would go on to win the Thorpe award.

State had a much better team if you took away the QBs.

Awards like this?

Fairley in 2010 probably had the most dominant season by a DT not named Sub in CFB history.

no. Close, maybe, but "much better" is one of the most homer things I've seen on here.

Dyer >>> Ballard
Adams and Zachery >>> Bumphis
Lutzenkirchen>>>>>>>>>>> whoever State had
AU OL >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> x infinity >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> MSU OL

Your defense had a little more talent and we didn't have any stars on that side outside of Fairley, but that was a solid group of guys that bent, but never broke when it mattered

AU>>>> MSU for all of history. DWI

A&M hasn't won a regular season SEC Baseball Championship

How many times has Auburn finished last in the SEC west in the last 4 years? Oh right, that was 2012 and 2015. Here are your scores against State during that time.

2015: 17-9 (State)
2014: 38-23 (State)
2013: 20-24 (au)
2012: 29-10 (State)

So during that history, Au, you suck.

Ps. don't feel bad, arky is 0-4 against State in that time frame.

And we still managed to win as many SEC championships in that time as MSU has in their entire history. But I'm sure 1941 is still fresh on your fanbases memory

And congrats on your programs golden years and your recent wins over us you have to get some sometimes, but if you guys can maintain this rate you should catch up around the 2060's since you've tightened the all-time series to 61-26-2

ETA:

Btw, just did a little research. Those are the only 2 times Auburn has ever finished last in the West.
Mississippi State has finished last in the West an impressive 8, EIGHT, times

He probably could win the SEC at A&M but it will never happen because he's clearly toxic and can't make it out of Starkville. His decision to take Simmons on speaks volumes about his character and may explain why no traditional school will give him a chance.

2nd and we whipped your arse. You won the title, but everyone saw who the best team was. We went on to beat OU. OU went on to beat you the very next year. Not quite apples to apples, but anyone with half a brain knew we were better.

Would Hugh Freeze win the SEC at Texas A&M

Seems like the only thing holding him back at Ole Miss is being at Ole Miss

Freeze was able to lead the 3rd best team in the SEC to a Sugar Bowl victory over the 4th best team in the Big 12-2 this past season. Could he get over the hump at A&M?

Buck tooth beaver boy couldn't win it anywhere. He is barely fit to lube up Dan's hunchback even with all the snake oil he sells

I think Mullen probably would at a place that is easier to recruit at. He's a good coach...just a lazy recruiter.
