Before the national title game I thought no way, after the game, probably.

Turns out Ohio State is pretty god damn good and Oregon was soft as all hell.

Alabama was the 2nd best team in the playoff, but being 2nd best doesn't do you a lot of good.

Doubtful... They have a GOOD MOBILE QB with good receivers. Bama's secondary is shite.

Oregon beats Bama. Best 2 teams out there are OSU and TCU.

Oregon allowed 4.9 ypc and Bama allowed 6.1 ypc. Elliot had like 230 yards on Bama too. If Oregon is soft, then Bama is soft too.

Oregon has beef on the DLine. Armstead is 290 lbs, the nosetackle Balducci is 310 lbs, and Buckner is a big dude as well. They didnt scheme that well (I saw 3 man rushes so many times) and Ohio state is just THAT good with mixing up it's blocking and runs. They kept calling counter runs and the Duck defense got confused and all second half linebackers were out of place.

Depends on if Bama would have committed to the run like OSU did. If so, yes.

Most salient take on game. Being in the super dome, I was dumbstruck why we were not throwing deep and running the ball with Henry. Bama would have won going away if running Henry 35 times

Would BAMA beat Oregon? They'd beat OSU and Oregon if combined.

TCU doesn't have a 250 lb QB or Ezekiel Elliot. Speed is not an issue. Speed and size is.

Bama's Secondary was their weak link. Oregon would have been able to move at will against them

We lost by 1 TD to OSU. The problem with Oregon is if you can stay close in the first half their defense wears down and then is like swiss cheese.

OSU had 4 turnovers against Oregon! They still beat the heck out of them. Bama would have beaten them by a more than OSU did cause they wouldn't have had the turnovers. If OSU only had 1 turnover they would have beaten Oregon by 40.

Whats the Vegas line Ohio St vs TCU?

IN 2011 the Vegas odds were for LSU -6 but they missed the mark. Alabama 21-0. Lsu crossed the 50 only once.

I doubt that very much. OSU had much better WRs and seriously doubt Oregon could have stopped Alabama's rushing defense.

Alabama will actually be better in 2015.

What about what Oregon did to FSU? Tyner ran right up the middle on them again and again, and they were manhandling FSU in the trenches. FSU recruits really well, how can they be so soft on the lines compared to Oregon? Poor strength training? Not coaching up the talent?
