That would be Will Friend. He's now the OC at CSU with Bobo.

Toss up between Kevin Steele or Jim Chaney imo

2012 Tennessee offense averaged: 36.2 points per game, 475 yards per game, 6.4 yards per play...with Derek Dooley's players.

Chaney's offense can put up some numbers without Bert putting handcuffs on him.

"LSU averaged scoring 15 points per game in their three loses last year. It doesn't sound like the Defense was their biggest issue last year. Did Les tell Cam to look around also ?"

Does anyone see this nimrod is not looking for discussion on Auburn's hiring of Steele he desperately wants to feel better about it.

I mean I think Chaney can have success with some good talent around him but Bert has proven that he gives his coordinators a lot of leeway, probably to much at times. His issue at Arkansas definitely wasn't Bert. He just likes to get to cute at times when there is no need for it.

Yup, the handcuff comment makes no sense at all- in retrospect, it would have been a good idea though.

Ya, I don't believe Bert told Chaney he had to run that reverse on 3rd&2, that doesn't make any sense at all.

Your Defense was below avg with Muschamp but you think it'll be average with Steele?

I believe we gave up 800 yards rushing in those 3 games. I'd call that a problem with the defense

You're trying so hard to convince yourself that AU "stole" Steele. It's cute.

AU will be trying to let someone else "steal" him after next year too.

Did the hire happen strictly because of his brothers affiliation with Auburn?

How did this happen?

1) Steele needed a couple more years work in the state of Alabama for retirement purposes.

2) Auburn is fricking stupid

Chaney's Achilles Heel has always been that he abandons the run game too soon. We'll see if that is the case with UGA this season. One thing is for certain...the guy can develop qbs.
