you're right... returning a QB who accounted for 3,000 yards and 25 TDs, 4/5 starters on the OL, bringing back all our WRs & TEs, and adding a potiential first rounder WR... we have no idea.

we are going in dry on the rest of the SEC... get ready.

You sound like we sounded this time last year. Careful.

Auburn's 2nd string quarterback was SEC freshman of the week two or three times last year and Marshall was obviously good enough to lead Auburn to the national championship game. What the frick has any quarterback at Arkansas ever done?

I and I'm sure many Bama fans went into last year feeling pretty damn invincible. Then I watched the VT game. A few key players graduating/leaving early from the previous year affected us way more than I thought it would. Can AU break the record? Sure. Do I think they will? No.

to go with AUs stable of backs, does Auburn break the Total offense conference record in 2014.

2012 A&M holds it currently with 7261 yards of offense in 13 games.

No one will leave their starters in long enough like TAMU did in 2012. TAMU left them in to prove a point in 2012. Won't happen again in a 12 game regular season in the SEC.

Imagine if Bama's backup QB racked up some stats on Western Carolina/FAU and Bama fans called him better than most of the QB's in the SEC

But then again, you guys have a WR thats never even caught a pass in college and your calling him "top flight" and a "future first rounder"

At what point in my two sentence response did I make any claim about Arkansas having a QB better than the rest of the SEC much less a backup QB.

FWIW, no body's breaking A&Ms 2012 offensive numbers.... 7200 yards in 13 games (558 ypg) is absolutely insane.

Auburn barely cracked 7000 with 14 games.... not gonna happen.

Alabama has a quarterback that completed 50 percent of his passes in mop up duty against pathetic ACC teams and the fans wont shut up about how great he is. Jeremy Johnson's numbers were better than that

If only Nick Marshall had played against these teams, right? He played, what, one quarter against Florida Atlantic? ETA: He didn't even played against Western Carolina.

Idk, Marshall might have competition on his own team. Trovon Reed played QB for Thibodaux HS

You sound just like Alabama did last year after losing Fluker, BJones, Michael Williams, and Lacy. You don't just replace guys like that. Bama returned 3/5 OL starters with 2 preseason All-Americans and look at difference in the two seasons. The biggest loss arguably for bama was Michael Williams because he was such a great blocker. The same goes for Prosch, who led in almost every running play for you guys. He was one of the best fullbacks I have ever seen. That is going to be a huge loss. But, you're right. I'm sure you guys will just put somebody else in those spots without any notice
