With Chubb out, does LSU now have the 2 best RBs in the SEC?

After watching Guice run against USCe (even though I know I will hear the usual USCe has a weak defense) is he the 2nd best rb in the SEC right now? He seems to be figuring out the college game more and more with every carry, and refuses to go down.

Granted it was in somewhat of mop up time, single back backfield duty, but he really impressed me.

Let me make this easy for you. No.

Leonard Fournette is by far the best running back in the SEC now with Nick Chubb out, though.

No, we do not have the 2 best RBs. We have the 3 best.

Both your running backs suck.

Yall should try and win a game without throwing a pass this year.

It is possible but there is not a large enough sample size on Guice yet to make that call.

Guice is scary good. Even before USCe I loved his speed. Hes an amazing cfb back. Hes what LSU has needed since trindon holliday IMO.

Who is better right now then??

By the way... Hated to see what happened to Chubb.. hope he has a speedy recovery, and bounces back better than before.

No. But they have the best run blocking offensive line

While we do have the best run blocking line, don't underestimate that talent of our backs. We know who Fournette is, but the hype from the LSU staff regarding Guice is very rare in the LSU program, and we have seen examples as to why he is receiving the praise. He is legit, I know the SECr isn't ready for this though.

I agree, but a lot of his runs were run more out of a spread type of alignment. Single back and multiple receivers.

I hate Bama but Derek Henry says hello.

Henry is a solid back, but I would definitely take Guice over Henry.

Could be, sometimes teams accumulate talent, like Florida right now likely has the 2 best CBs, possibly the 3 best but that's just DBU for you.

Even though he hasn't shown it on the field, Guice is better than Fournette. More potential. Higher ceiling.

The best 2 RBs differ from week to week, depending on who we play.
