Oh you got me. You win. I must stop posting now and delete my account.

But once again, no details to what you disagree with because you can't say why

It wasn't whether if I agree or disagree with all or any of that. It's the point you posted all that wall of diatribe to convince a bunch of internet posters of what exactly? Why we shouldn't have a perception of your head coach? Are your feelings hurt that much or is it that you would go to any lengths to win an internet argument? You ended your post with something Jesus and a prostitute. Really? C'mon, that's pretty funny.

I just want to hear an actual answer as to why y'all think he's fake. I'm obviously bias. Just looking for an honest debate instead of "cuz y'all cheat" response. I'm just curious if there is anyone who actually believes he's a snake in the grass who actually thought about it instead of just being an ignorant hater

OK, here's a straight answer as to what I was alluding to. There's no doubt in my mind he's a christian. He comes from a rural town in MS. But as you should NO fair or not, the more you wear it on your sleeve, the more you open yourself up as a target. Any christian knows this.

Now what is the perception of ole miss and oxford? Yall brag about it all the time. Why do you think Freeze is successful in getting recruits there? He knows exactly how to sell the school and town to a bunch of 18yo's. I'm sure he lays bible stuff on pretty thick to mama too.

and cuz yall cheat!

Oh I agree to everything you said and completely understand why he is a target in today's world. You apparently don't think he's fake. I was curious to why anyone level headed does think he is fake. And FTR I don't for a second believe that Freeze doesn't use his faith to recruit because that's what momma wants to hear or do I believe that he doesn't take troubled kids simply to give them a chance but because they give me a better chance to win. I don't think that makes him fake or a snake in the grass as I hear from many. I guess I'm asking if anyone believes the stated above makes him fake and why it does or if there is something else he's done that makes people believe he isn't a devout Christian who actually believes his duty is to use his platform to spread God's word and that's the main reason he does so and not because he uses a fake persona to simply recruit momma.

I'll give you a hint, a vast majority say this just to get under Ole Miss fans' skin. Plus people in general love to try and find a hypocrite. I don't think it is some act he is putting on but he has done some really dumb things that have just put fuel on the fire. Mainly his famous tweet.

Is it bible time now? It may not be fake but

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain

What does that commandment mean to you?

He is a phony. He tweets things like being honest and not afraid of the truth and crap like that then demands his deposition be sealed. He sanctimoniously tweets that if you have proof of violations either email compliance or shut up. He subsequently deleted that tweet. He is hired to be a football coach and turns it into a vehicle for pushing his religion.

Just my two cents.....There isn't a doubt in my mind that Hugh Freeze is a Christian and he believes his duty is to use his job and interaction with young people to spread Christianity. I refuse to judge another man's salvation or what they believe.

I do however feel that maybe, just maybe Freeze should have put the religious stuff on the back burner just a little bit and ran some of his and more importantly his staff's actions by the Ole Miss Compliance Dept before "mistakes" were made.

Now, Freeze & OM fans think the FCA director isn't technically an OM booster.......the NCAA obviously feels differently.

But ask yourself this, did Freeze actually believe it was ok with the NCAA for the FCA director to be in attendance during recruiting visits?

Did he think his Compliance folks would sign off on the FCA guy providing all that transportation, etc to recruits? Did he think is was ok for the FCA guy to correspond with Freeze's staff to set up meetings, lodging, meals for recruits, their parents?

Or was it because the Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a Christian organization and Freeze thought it was all part of his calling and he used the FCA as a platform to spread God's message to recruits and their families?

It's not that they didn't believe he fit the booster bill by what is known now, it's at least put out to believe that they just didn't know he qualified as one and given he is qualified as one because of baseball tickets, I kinda believe them.

But to put the nail in the coffin of the FCA director being a booster and whether Freeze knew, didn't know, or used him to recruit... Here's what most of y'all don't know... The recruit in question, the recruit whose house he was in with Freeze, we were his only sec offer. He was a 3* who is entering his 4th year in the program and hasn't played. That's all you need to know as to whether the FCA director was used maliciously or not. There were other Memphis kids we got and didn't get that were much higher rated that this guy was not apart of their recruitment. The reason being that those recruits were not so underprivileged that they couldn't make recruiting visits, have a phone to answer coaches, or from a neighborhood that is full of crime. The only recruit that was highly rated that this guy helped out didn't even commit to OM. He paid for his phone bill too but it wasn't a violation because he didn't buy baseball tickets to the school he committed to. Told another kid who walked on at OM he was an idiot and should take the full ride to ASU that was offered.

Everything above is why OM "can't wait to tell their side of the story". When you see booster inside house with head coach as a headline it sounds egregious, but when you actually know the details it's common sense that it was a harmless mistake that didn't result in any type of recruiting scandal.

Because the attorney representing Miller is a state fan and Freeze isn't that big of an idiot. He's admitted several times now the tweet was stupid because it brought on unneeded scrutiny. That's why it's deleted. So this is why you believe he's a phony? Because he won't put himself in a stupid position for no reason at all and because he deleted a tweet that he admitted was stupid, because it put himself in a stupid position?
