I'm not going to predict another title and I am appreciative of the ones CNS has brought us.

As a fan all I ask for is to be competitive and be in the hunt. I believe as long as CNS is at UA I think we have as good-a chance as any.

Roll Tide and cheers.

They are all longshots but yes, I believe he can. Maybe 2 more. Maybe.

Several years ago, it was almost a given that Tiger Woods would easily surpass Jack's major championship record. Things changed....quickly. He displayed a chink in his armor just at the time when an influx of talent was emerging on the tour. Will he ever win another is now the question.

Saban is still in his prime IMO. However, it will be harder to maintain the greatness as the SEC arms race continues to escalate. I do think he will win at least one over the next five years. Multiple? Not so sure.

As long as he has top 5 recruiting classes, he will win one every year or two. If he stays through 2018 (my opinion, his last year) I say 2 or 3 more. If its to 2020, 3 more, maybe 4. He wants to beat Bears 6 national titles. Keep having #1 recruiting classes and he will.

Sadly his ego will force him to coach too long.

Nope. He isnt a Mack Brown for crying out loud. Saban is the greatest football coach in American sports history. Why is that the case? No coach in this parity day and age is supposed to be able to have continuous success, much less in such a cut throat conference as the SEC. Saban has hired LITERALLY an army of support staff that dwarfs over 90% of other sports programs in the collegiate ranks. With so much talent spread across so many teams in the modern era, having a coach to be able to win one title is an achievement in itself, but 4 in his last 9 years coaching in the college ranks? That is legendary and more are on the way since he is having his worst year in the past 3 with losing only one game with one second on the clock... not such a drop off to recover from when your recruiting the #1 class of players pretty much every damn year!

I believe as Mrs Terry, you Bama fans are spoiled. Titles are not as easy to come by as you all believe, which leads credence to how great your most recent run has been. But winning a title takes involves many factors that may be out of the coaches hands, i.e. a difficult schedule, injuries, suspensions and arrests of key players, lots of luck, team could lay egg in important game, or even though you have a great team which would be a championship caliber team there may be two teams that are better or peaking at end of the year. I would be shocked if Saban won two more championships at BAMA. The West is full of great teams and coaches.
