Wrench that's my point exactly. Those predicting multiple titles for Bama in next several years are full of it. Too many variables at play. What if Bama has Jordan Jefferson Like QB play for next two years, injury bug, mass exodus of these awesome recruits early to NFL, a great Auburn or LSU team that's unbeatable, etc

He won't put up with Jordan Jefferson like QB play.

I actually think Saban will coach at least another 10 years. He looks great and is into fitness. And, it's obvious he's passionate about coaching/teaching and recruiting.

DNR but i will be shocked if he does not win 1 more min and probably 2. Should have won it this year. Next year not happening but 2015 we will challenge again. I am just glad he decided to stay at Bama. Is good for the SEC brand.

He's going to win at least 3 more before he retires. Hopefully starting next year.

This dynasty is nowhere near over.

Please don't come here with the "he gone" bs bc The man isn't going anywhere. What he's done at Bama is remarkable - two tiles in a very short period of time. But winning a title is extremely difficult and requires lots of luck as well. Breaking in a new QB next year, the new playoff system, and going toe to toe with guys like Sumlin, Malzahn,Miles, Etc just in the west makes a title even more difficult. I think the playoff system is a disadvantage for the SEC and will probably jeopardize the conferences long run in the title game, especially for those teams those SEC teams who have been given the benefit of the doubt by the pollsters, i.e. Bama in the rematch (although they beat the snot out of LSU). I think the playoff system will set up a situation where the SEC King, whomever it may be and whether rightfully earned or created by media hype and easy schedules, will have to play an additional tough game and jeopardize which will jeopardize the title. With that said, I just don't see Bama winning multiple titles over the next several years as many of you predict. And bf you flame away, I think Bama has best program in nation at the moment. Thoughts?

TL;DR

I don't need to read this rubbish from fans of inferior teams to have the correct answer: yes, he will.

A better question would be:
"There is a gun to your head and you have to pick a school in the USA that has the best chance to win multiple titles in the next 5 years who would you pick?"

1 more no questions asked title, likely 2016? He may snag one more besides that too.

I don't understand why some people think it's out of the question he'll get another championship next year. Yeah, he's losing AJ but Bama has won a championship with a lesser QB in McElroy.

Well he's got another #1 class coming in. Could be his best yet. And that's on top of 3 other #1 classes. Add to that a winning formula (top defense and conservative offense) and why would you think he can't do it again?

Despite the classes and formula, this Alabama team has some glaring deficiencies. 2013 Alabama does not meet the standard that the 2009, 2011, and 2012 teams set. There was a lack of a power running game, no shutdown corners, lack of a dominant nose guard, inconsistent pass rush, etc. With the leaders and experienced players that Alabama is losing next season, how can we predict that they'll improve? Belue is Alabama's most proven corner, and he'll be gone. Cyrus Jones is not a good corner, and someone who hasn't seen the field that much will start opposite him next year, assuming Jones starts. CJ Moseley will be gone. AJ will be gone. The last remnants of the 2012 O-line might both be gone.

Additionally, Alabama's staff has to make adjustments to fix the problems their offense and defense displayed this year.

He should, but like many in sports (tiger, Tyson)things can change quickly. I think the new playoff hurts Sabans chances. Give the man 30 days and he kills most teams, but he loses that advantage in a playoff scenario.

The odds are stacked against Saban/Bama, but I could see Bama winning another under Saban. Football is an always changing landscape, and I think Bama/Saban have to consider changing up a few things too. One Example: Seems many teams know what Bama is going to do these days from so much exposure, and we're to predictable. Saban & Staff has to be one of the most studied CFB programs lately and maybe ever by opposing coaching staffs. Especially after facing so many bye weeks teams the last 4 years, and that's alot of great SEC coaching minds to fend off. With their gamefilm work stacked over other coaching staffs schemes overtime. On offense with 3rd & short we do a up the middle run more than not. No other options are shown or done most the time, and Bama's attitude is even with 6 defensive guys stacked right where the ball is going. You should be able to get the yard needed if you do what's taught. Sorry but when your out numbered someone on defense is going to make a play in the SEC, that simple. Bama needs to do other things so teams don't attack 10 in the box with 6 players camping up the middle on 3rd & short. Bama use to run a sweat TE reverse roll out on 3rd and short, but we haven't done that much if at all lately. Gotta keep defenses on their toes, and things like this need tweaking. Secondry needs work too. Seems to many teams are finding holes either from bad secondary play or opposing coaches know the scheme to well after 7 years at Bama. Our 3 & long defense was one of the worst I've seen in awhile this season

Saban can win another one, but I think reinventing a few things would do Bama good. I'm not talking complete change either. Just tweaking a few things to keep others on their toes more. Pride and set in your ways can always creep in on anyone, but one has to be able to change the needed things overtime. To Saban and staff credit they've changed a few thing since being here but I think a more drastic change could be good.
