If he stays until he gets to 300 wins
1. Every other SEC West team will fire coach after coach for inability to compete with Saban.
2. Bama will fire his successors for the next 99 years not living up to Saban's standards.

15 wins a year... 10 more years... seems like he gets a cool 150 more wins 10 more SEC Championships and of course 10 more NC's and Recruiting championships.. but I may be a bit biased???

I would say that Saban will probably retire around the 250-260 win range. I think what pushes him is the number of National Championships at 1 school. I believe he will look to pass the 6 that Bryant won and retire with 7 or 8 at BAMA.

If he was gonna get bored with winning and leave, he would have done so already.
He loves a challenge, and he said the most challenging thing wasnt building the program, it was maintaining the high level of success and fighting off any complacency.
This program is his Sistine Chapel, and he's not done yet. No chance he takes another college job when there is a possibility that he can forge the greatest dynasty in cfb history right where he's at. If he were 10 years younger, maybe he would eventually get bored, but he's past that point.

I imagine Alabama has a long list of living heart donors in case CNS was in need. With advances in artificial intelligence, medicine, robotics, etc, I guess Saban could be their coach until all the silicon is out of the valley. But..... a HERO will rise!
"And then a hero comes along,
with the strength to carry on,
and you cast your fears aside,
and you know you can survive.
So when you feel that hope is gone,
look inside you and be strong,
and you'll finally see the truth,
that the hero lies in you."
Who knew that Mariah was singing about all the Bama organ donors who will give their lives to see Saban establish a 1,000 year Crimson Reich.
