At what point did we stop scoring and y'all start? We jumped up 21-0 and then y'all decided to go out and put 62 on the scoreboard with Gary Hollingsworth under center? What happened? Let's have a history lesson, brah.

Ole Miss came out ready. Alabama was not. I remember my uncle was leaving just as the game started, and my father was in the front yard taking a while to say goodbye. I would update him with the score - 0-7...0-14...0-21......7-21...14-21...21-21...it got crazy after that.

I have never seen a game like it. In those days, you didn't run up 62 points on someone unless they were totally outclassed; but you didn't jump on a team 21-0 if you were outclassed. It was the most sudden and drastic momentum shift I have ever witnessed. Ole Miss put one last score up to finish 62-27, I think.

It's not often you can afford to spend half a game trying to set up the perfect stiff arm for your QB.

its not so much hugh freeze not being able to win as it is ole miss being able to go toe to toe with lsu alabama and auburn year in and year out. ole miss is outmatched. vince lombardi wouldnt change that fact much less hugh freeze.

Maybe if he's there 5 years or so, but I really don't think next year is y'alls year. I would be surprised to see Ole Miss in the top half of the West next year.

The "Bucky Beaver" award.

Looks like the animal on Caddyshack. If I was a recruit, I seriously could never look him in the face...

The simple answer to this question is no. I wouldn't be surprised to see the team regress to an 7-5/8-5 type of season this year. Freeze is too predictable, he's been figured out. Occasionally, his hurry up offense wears down a team with lesser depth, but when a team with a good defense gets matched up against his scheme he always has trouble (i.e. Lsu 2014, Arkansas 2014, MSU 2013, Auburn 2013, Missouri 2013, and many more). He just always seems to lay an egg in big games (and don't mention Bama '14 or State '14. Bama we got lucky and State really wasn't that good). In about 2 season Ole Miss fans will be calling for his head.

Freeze didnt really use his hurry up scheme last year. He didn't feel the need to with the stout D. I am hoping he gets back to picking up the pace this year.

Thank goodness, YOU won't have to.
His character is such that mere physical looks are irrelevant, and I might add, his looks are subject to individual taste in looks.
Perhaps a look in the mirror might inspire you to think about that!

Both "perspective" and "perception" are between BULLhocky and reality in the dictionary.
Pick a side and go for it!
