This will probably be Gus' last year at Aubren!

I hope not...just like I hope Tenner keeps butch and LSU keeps Miles and A&M keeps Sumlin .....for decades.

Bert's best season is one win better than Gus's worse season. If Ark falls on it face this year, they might be looking for another coach again.

So you believe Arkansas and Auburn should be judged on the same level, interesting

auburn is the weakest of the big 6 and arky is the strongest of the little 8 so it makes sense.

I didn't know the SEC gives participation points. I guess that explains Hog fans cockiness .

Wow.

Win one year with Bert and you think it is done?

Optimism springs eternal it seems.

In the worst year of Malzahn's tenure, you had to go to overtime to beat him.

At home.

Malzahn may be in jeopardy, but I think Bert is getting a lot of praise for very little at this point.

How will you feel if he underperforms this year? Last year, Allen was probably one of the best surprises and improvement of any qb, but he is gone now.

He made the difference in at least four games.

If I were you, I would be more worried about the Hogs than the Plains.

obody has figured out Gus Malzahn's offense. When he has the right players, he's damn near impossible to stop.

OK stop saying this, it's the Read Option. He doesn't run some fantasy Offense. It's really hard to stop with elite players IE Clemson. That's it, no mystery at all.

3 straight Rose Bowl appearances is nothing to sneeze at. IMO, it's more about the trajectory each program seems to be on. Bielema seems to be out of the rebuilding the John L. Smith shitshow phase of his career now, while Malzahn probably needs a 9-3 season to keep his job.

If Bielema doesn't have Arkansas in legitimate SECW contention in two more years, I think he would be in trouble. Malzahn is at that point now.

Last year the media pundits had AU rated as the team to beat and probably CYP bound...well thats predictions for you. The pressure is off now...thats when some teams do their best work. UF was predicted to be 4th in the east and in 2006 when we took it to everyone (except AU btw on the plains) & won the BCS title...we were about rated 18th in the country in preseason by a lot of folks.

I dont know how AU doies this year but it wouldnt surprise me if they do win a lot of games?

I believe both Arkansas and Auburn fans will be calling for their coaches to be fired. Arkansas won't be anything special and Auburn had no QB and a suspect OL.

You both can sit back and watch Florida win the SEC.

Nope,Gus is the instant success genius who would keep you at the promised land.

We know Beliema has work to do to get us competitive.

We have patience, you have delusions of grandeur and will cut Gus loose shortly...

There were quite a few rumblings and impatience shown by Hog fans towards Bert last season. At least be honest.

So, 7-6 sucks but 8-5 doesn't (while the only difference between the teams was an Arkansas win over Auburn after 4 overtimes)? That makes a ton of sense, bro. Can we also consider that miracle against Ole Miss or is that off limits?

The posts from your fanbase indicate otherwise.

That only indicates that Arkansas is completely OK with mediocrity.
