*in before top 5 finish in 2012 despite finishing #3 in their division and #6 or #7 overall in the SEC*

7 actually.

07 LSU
09 Bama
10 Aub
11 Bama
12 Bama

Shouldn't it be 5? I said 6 originally but I was wrong, I mistakenly counted 08 which was UF and East.

I don't know what you want out of this. No one outside of the aTm fan base is gonna suck yalls dick because you won a Cotton Bowl and beat Bama once. It has nothing to do with moving any goal posts. The respected programs in this conference have won national Championships. Plain and simple.

Unless Chavis is able to completely turn around the Aggie defense in year one... then no, A&M will not be the West version of Mizzou.

I do expect the Aggies to be much improved on defense, but I think it will be more like Arkansas last year. The signs of improvement are there early in flashes, but it isn't until the second half of the season that things begin to jell.

Of course if Bama and the rest of the West has one of those "throw away the record books anything can happen from week to week" type of seasons then the Aggies have as good a shot as anyone.

You are the best Arky poster so far in 2015.

A&M/ASU is going to be a really fun game. If A&M gets the win it will set them up nicely for the season.

Well, it looks like A&M plays 9 out of 12 games in the state of TX. Also, Mizzou rotates off the Aggies schedule and Vandy rotates on, so you've got that going for you. If the new DC improves the D things are looking good for TAMU. The one thing though is the Aggies are never dis-respected and are always media darlings unlike Mizzou. You know this.

y'all are far from a lock to beat ASU, MSU or Arky.

repost if you beat them. I think you'll garner respect. of course, this respect will only last as long as you sustain winning.

I don't know a lot about ASU, admittedly. That is the biggest question I have until we play Bama. MSU is not a threat if Dak is contained(this is where Chavis better earn his money). Like I said earlier, Arky doesn't have the QB to win a shootout, so as long as we can slow down their running game we can outgain them.

I love that you somehow took that as a slight to Mizzou.

Only if A&M and Missouri swap divisions.
