This place is the best. Only here would:
20-6 record over 2 seasons
2 straight ranked finishes
A top 5 finish
A heisman
Multiple all Americans
A slew of award winners
Multiple top 10 picks
2-0 bowl record
Consecutive elite recruiting classes

Would equal "underperforming" when every single motherfricker on here, and the media, was saying wed be lucky to make it to a single bowl in our first couple of seasons

He finished 2nd and third IN.HIS.DIVISION. That's underperforming.

The post was directed to the Aggie fan, but since you mentioned it. Mizzou had a nice year last season but one nice season does not make you a perennial powerhouse in the SEC. Maybe the Big 12... I mean Big 2 but to get mentioned with the big boys of the SEC every year you have to be there every year. I don't know if Mizzou will be capable of that in football.

As far as the Aggies... I have not heard so much hype for a team that hasn't won anything in the SEC. I like the Aggies... but at least win the division like Mizzou did. Then talk a little.

Me thinks the SECw is scared of A&M hence the Bammer/Barner/Piss-balloon obsession with Aggie. They may drop off in the short term without JFF, but in the long run can anyone but Bama keep up with the aggies' resources?

From reading this thread, I have learned that Sumlin has underachieved because expectations were so high for A&M's first year entering the...uh, I mean, he coached a team with poor defensive talent to win 20 games in 2 years....uh, I mean A&M has to improve their defense if they want to win more games next year.

Who knew? Cutting edge analysis, folks...

Me think you're crazy. Again, until the Aggies win something meaningful, they are not going to garner the respect of the Bammers, Barners, Swamp Kitties, etc.

Actually kinda like A&M. Glad they came to the SEC and told Texas to shove it. But to talk a little smack, you gotta win the big ones. And the Aggies ain't done that yet.

Um, yeah, we have won a big game since we joined this conference. At your expense.

And we'll talk smack whenever we please, like any Texans worth their salt.
