Will be surprised if Tua ever plays a snap at Alabama, not sure why his little brother is post worthy.

Why? He's already the back up. Hurts will not take 100% of the snaps this season.

They are usually highly ranked and you can catch them at least once a year on some ESPN channel. They are like Evangel in LA.....but nothing like IMG, where the grades are based on your recruiting ranking and whom you sign with.

The daddy called both Hoover and Colquitt wanting to be guaranteed the starting qb job for little brother.

Makes sense. Same family who allowed their son to commit to a team with a FR QB who just won Offensive Player of the Year in the conference and led the team to a 14-1 record would absolutely sound like they want to avoid competition.

Kid is legit.

Thompson will be much better with him at QB.

I watch those games on ESPN. I just thought the term "national power" was odd.
Those are certainly prestigious programs

Hewitt will take Hoover's place in a matter of years.

Already selling him short huh? It's not like he was a 5 star, number one rated, dual-threat quarterback coming out of high-school. Yeah, doubt he ever plays a snap.

it is possible that he might not. However consider this in last year's Alabama spring game who was the best-looking quarterback?

Who did the starting quarterback wind up being? Same guy

Been this year's spring game who looked like the best quarterback?

WRONG. Never wanted a guaranteed spot. Also contacted Madison Academy where my high school coach is now coaching. Dad was extremely nice and wanted to know the QB situation. Like any father would do... you know, wanting whats best for your son...

You know very little about Alabama HS football.

So you are telling me Hewiit will win 10 state titles in the next 15 years. Look here ahsfhs.org Hoover has been to the title game 15 out of the last 17 years. Hewitt will never do that. Down here in Baldwin county Daphne and Spanish Fort are 10 x the programs Hewitt.

Hoover was stupid to turn him away. He's better than anything they've got. Don't know about Colquitt County, although I think they have a solid senior quarterback.

Then all the butthurt people from the towns with schools we demolish on a regular basis start crying about how we recruited him. Anytime a family moves to Hoover with a child that just happens to be an excellent athlete, especially in football, people cry made up stories about them being recruited.
Hoover will win just fine without this kid. Easier to save the headache.

Niceville HS a FL panhandle perennial power was at Hoover's 7 on 7 tourney as well. They go every year. Finished 4-2 I think and beat the eventual champion pretty good in an early round.
