re: Why isn't anyone admitting that JFF actually lost them the Bama game?

LSU fans have gotten to you eh?
They probably have gotten to him. He just needs to acknowledge them and move on. This topic has nothing to do with LSU and the hook is 10 feet long.

Losers gonna rationalize.

Not really, but I'm mentally capable of making distinctions.

Bama wins that game by 3 or 4 TD's if aTm did not have JFF. JFF is the reason that game was competitive. When your whole offense revolves around one person so heavily, that person is going to have a turnover here and there.

He was lucky his super awseome, totally fantastic, play of the century thrown 50 yards for a gin of 6 was not to be picked. Just sayin.
The most ill advised throw of the game. The announcers were sure quick to get excited about it.
Either way though, kid played a hell of a game and made some amazing plays.

AJ would have still lit them up. Auburn's pass d was atrocious.
Wouldn't matter. Against this O-line, Fairley would have six sacks.

I don't think 2 plays ever lose a game. There's a lot of plays in a game. Just as AJ's pick didn't cost us the game last year. We had a lot of bad plays in the game and didn't deserve to win. INT's are part of it. especially when the game was put on his shoulders. The two picks were bad but in NO WAY did he lose that game. If not for his play aTm isn't even in the game.
He is as good as you'll ever see. I just hope that was the last time we have to play him.

Why do LSU fans get to fawn over Mett's performance against Bama last year (a performance which Manziel bested in a single QUARTER on Saturday) and claim one of the biggest moral victories in rant history, but A&M fans cant acknowledge Manziel's legendary performance?
Interesting question, isn't it?
Well, LSU's offense was basically awful last year, so the fact that Mett threw for almost 300 against Saban's D was shocking. He didn't have any interceptions either.
This year is different than last year. Mett threw for more yards than JM against Bama last year, but JM added rushing yards (like he always does) and got a W (the most important stat). Obviously, Mett hasn't played them yet this year.
I see a lot of LSU fans making a big deal of Johnny's performance (myself included). The original poster just prefers Cam and his pretty smile and computer stealing abilities. Kidding about Cam - he was phenomenal as well.

wha??
Not in college they aren't. First of all, Tebow had a MUCH better cast. Cam, maybe not... idk. I haven't done a tit for tat on that. But, surely cam hasn't put up the numbers JM did?
Forget supporting casts. Cam Newton overcame better defenses than 2012 and 2013 Alabama. Manziel couldn't overcome 2012 Florida and LSU. I doubt he'd be able to overcome the 2010 Alabama and LSU defenses.

I agree with Jockamo...manziel was overrated in the Bama game. AJ mcCarron played better (smarter)...I also hated that it was a shoot out. Felt like a big 12 game.
I like good defense vs good offense.
