No. Not better than us.

ETA

I thought he was talking about UT. Especially when I saw him say 11-1. Tennessee has a much better chance of going 11-1 than we do.

Except Josh Rosen didn't even win his division with a Josh Rosen type season.

I wasn't the one who brought up JR.

And playing devil's advocate, I'm quite sure rosen didn't have chubb and sony in the backfield either.

the whole point is...that just becuase something hasn't been done before doens't mean it's phsically not capable of happening this year.

Every UGA fan in here has said that we are going to lose a few games and probably aren't winning the east. But I mean it's not like we've got an 08/09 florida in the division to contend with.

I knew you guys were going through a rough time with the way Kiffin did you. That still gets me.

I mean, short of receiving the death penalty, we could not have been crippled more than by Kiffin and the subsequent hiring of Doofus.

I mean, Hamilton choose Kiffin over Patterson, and then paid Monte a $1 Million bonus because he remained employeed for 3 days after Lane fricked us, and then he chose Doofus over Cutcliff and Brown.

Don't even get me started on Hamilton, I hope he rots in fiery depths of Satan's anus for all eternity.

In the long run, Arky was better off going interim for a year.

Yep, It isn't easy to find a coach in March. It still doesn't stop the pain.

I don't think its impossible either, just think it's highly unlikely.

And a QB that actually has meaningful game experience.

Well, I'd say unlikely. Not highly unlikely.

2015 Auburn Hype = 2016 LSU Hype?

I think that works better

I just don't think Eason will need to play lights out for UGA to win a lot of games. He also may not need to play at all. Lambert is a 5th year senior and could definitely hold on to the job. If we're looking at history and say true freshmen usually aren't successful, then we can say fifth year seniors have a great track record in the SEC.

I threw Eason out there more on a gut feeling that he's going to be really good. He's the poster child for the new era of QB recruits who are learning more advanced concepts at a younger age with the evolution of camps and 7on7.

He didn't seem that bad to me, but I won't claim to have broken down his whole tape reel. Could he not be serviceable in 2016?

umm...out of curiosity...why? No UGA fans even think we'll go 11-1. At least none I know.

I just think you get on a roll early and keep going strong. Has as much, if not more, to do with the opponents as it does with UGA.

Who knows about UNC and MO? UGA should win both. You go to Ole Miss with them 1-2 and beaten down by F$U and Bama. I think ut finally beats UF and then in the middle of UGA week realizes they should stop celebrating and prepare for UGA. It's too late. NP with SC and Vandy. Stumble against UF, maybe. UK might be the best of the last four and that is not saying much.

no. He is not a good QB. I think everyone lost their mind after the SC game last year, but the guy is awful. The miracle of us winning 10 games last year is due to our defense and running game. We won despite lambert, not because of him. AFter the SC game we played a tomato can. AFter that here are his stats:

bama- 10/24 86 yards 0/1
ut- 15/32 279 yards 2/0
mizz- 23/32 178 yards 0/1
uk- 6/13 64 yards 1/0
au- 12/17 97 yards 0/0
ga southern- 16/25 183 yards 1/0
gt- 18/25 224 yards 0/0
penn st- 10/20 115 yards 1/0

that's 5 TDs/2 Int down the backstretch. That ain't gonna win any trophies. AGainst the murderer's row of missouri, kentucky, auburn, GA SOUTHERN, a 3 win tech team, and a bad PS team, he averaged 144 yards a game with (total of) 3 TDs and 1 Int.

You simply can't win with that.
