Because their wins are over #1 and #7. Your quality wins aren't comparable. Their losses are to Arkansas, LSU, and Auburn. You guys lost to Georgia Tech, South Carolina, and Florida.
In short, their resume is just better in all aspects.

We've only lost one bowl game in my lifetime. This is a trend and we're not losing it. We've played a Big 12 Team that was axed out of the national championship before, and we beat them like a red headed step child.

Did Georgia beat anyone this year that didn't have 4 or more losses.
Georgia had a pretty shitty inconsistent year.
Ole Miss' only true blemish was Arkansas.
But we beat Alabama, Mississippi State, Boise State...all teams in the NY6 bowls.
