The state of Texas is bland, boring, and generic. To be frank, it sucks, and nobody from outside of it thinks it has any redeeming qualities.

That's pretty ironic, considering the number of migrant workers headed west over the Sabine after lsu "graduation".

Even you should be smart enough to know that Houston is a bustling employment mecca but has nothing to do with the assertion that Texas is, indeed, "bland, boring, and generic." One doesn't cancel out the other..it's not like people are crossing the Sabine for the cultural and beauty aspects of Texas.

Hell, in that example, why are so many Ags living in Houston? Why don't they stick around College Station or move to Dallas or El Paso or Lubbock? Because everyone regards Houston as some land of opportunity (not at the current moment) but, why do most of the companies I've worked for (O&G and Industrial Gas) all have offices in Louisiana, as well?

I am convinced that if you poke an Aggie, it will bleed purple and gold. Even from the opening subject line, I knew it was about LSU....again.

If you're bored in a state this size, with this many different geographic regions, you're just a boring person.

Because LA is closer to the center of offshore O&G.

Because aTm is the weirdest dumbest goofiest stupidest lamest university in America and we are pissed they invited you rednecks into the conference.

The states east of you didn't grow up telling Aggie jokes only to meet Aggies and watch the stereotypes be confirmed.

You can try fooling people for awhile but this is the apex of your athletic success you'll be back to sucking again soon.

That pic should be Mike Evans getting his lunch money taken by Rashard Robinson seeing as how he pushed him around like his little bitch all game long.

You're a lame arse horn fan on an SEC site. Worry about your own coach who can't even make a fricking bowl game.

Please, enlighten me as to what there is to do in Houston, TX. I've lived here 20 years and, outside of cliche night life and a shite museum district, Houston has nothing. I will give Houston the benefit of the doubt on the brewery and live music pull but that's about it.

Austin owns Houston as far as culture and enjoyment goes and even 90% of "real" Texans disown that city and say it should be in California. Dallas is Houston's twin sister and San Antonio is good for a weekend trip.
