Les won with Saban's recruits. Three years ago, Sumlin took over a program that everybody on the rant was saying was going to get destroyed in the SEC, while Miles was running a program that was and had been recruiting at top levels. In those three years, Sumlin has won as many games as Les, more bowl games, has a top 5 finish, and has A&M recruiting on par with anyone not named Alabama.

And yet Sumlin still underachieves. Why is that?

More bowl wins than LSU, Auburn, Arky, Ole Miss, and MSST.

And how many SECC?

Seriously just curious, but with Sumlin's record in the SEC being only 13-11, what was Sherman's record in the Big 12? And with regards to comparing him to Miles, I'd be willing to bet Coach Miles does not have a pool boy to fire. Just keep Sumlin right where he is: irritating to the sippers & mediocre in the SEC.

An offensive genius? Yall didn't score a point last year against Alabama, and you had close to 100 yards by the time the fourth quarter started against LSU...

Not to mention he did absolutely nothing with the "greatest QB of our generation."

Who dislikes him? He IS overpaid though.

In the last three seasons he has won the exact same number of games as Les Miles, with more bowl wins, more top 5 finishes, and more wins against Alabama. He did this with a Big 12 roster, while LSU was coming off a roster that had just won the SEC. If Sumlin is overpaid, then isn't Les for doing less with more?

The best recruit in Texas was Kyler Murray. He is now an Aggie. You are an idiot.

You see, this is the problem. LSU fans already know what you think you have enlightened us with, but A&M fans are still in denial

Les Miles would give him a baseball and tell him good luck making LSU's roster.

Did you even watch the All star game? Kyler looked like shite...........

What's not to like?

He's a great coach.
Very popular in Aggieland.
We'll never be the university who runs a guy out of town for not winning the conference three-years-in-a-row.
Rather, we choose to enjoy the ride instead.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, why would any man want to cut off his own dick? That must be an Aggie thing
