This is correct. Mullen is hard to get along with, period. That's why Meyer didn't let him get involved in recruiting while he was at UF.
I know people who have worked with Mullen in the past and they say he is about as big of a dick as there is. Literally worse than Saban (and that is saying a lot). It's one thing to be a pompous arse if you have the resume to back it up. It is another to act like you are the best when you are a rookie head coach.

I have heard that the white wife thing is actually a bigger deal in the black community than it is in the white community. There is nothing a black momma hates worse and trusts less than a successful black man who felt the need to marry a white woman.

Yeah I recall Spikes gauging eyes and getting owned in the 2009 SECCG. I also recall Dunlap passing out at a red light drunk.
Good deflection, fricktard.
Do you actually want to add any football talk to this thread? Or you just going to continue to spout of unrelated bullshite?

4th place in SECW.
Hey, we finished 5th in the west in basketball. Auburn's basketball team almost finished in the same spot as bammers football team.
Congrats.

I have heard this as well.
That does not play well in a lot of households.

Yea I could see it being a significant recruiting issue.

If white wives are passe, can you recommend a spicy latina or two? I've been thinking about taking on a few sister wives ever since watching Big Love and Charlie Sheen interviews.

The OP is ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure Foley wanted a fresh start. Hiring Charlie would have been too much of a continuation. And Mullen wasn't hired for the same reason, and you might add, that he is also a d-bag, and bad recruiter.

And I've heard the same thing as well for white men. They couldn't stand not only seeing a black man in a position that feel they're supposed to hold, but he also has a woman from their race. White men took that as a sign of losing power and they couldn't stomach to watch that as the face of their program.
Now before your feathers get ruffled, the point I'm making is....stupid shite gets said all the time. Can't go believing everything.
