Personally, I think Peyton considered Ole Miss but Peyton, if you haven't noticed, is a very astute person. He was mature beyond his years even then. I think he looked at all of his options; his dad was a legend at Ole Miss, things didn't work out so well for Cooper at Ole Miss (not Ole Miss' fault), coaching changes going on at OM, probation was fairly certain, I think. But to say Peyton would have gone to Ole Miss had the probation thing not been hanging over their head is pretty idiotic. Way more went into this young man's decision than that. Defend?
