If yall didn't see that letdown coming a mile away I don't know what to tell you. Either way being undefeated up until that point wasn't Steele's doing.

your post stated LSU fans were excited when he was hired. why did you post a thread in late October?

Easy paycheck. He was your best coach and would have never been fired.

From what I've heard he enjoyed it at first and then came to dislike Baton Rouge and the LSU fanbase.

It would be nice to see one of yall say just once "We were fricking wrong, we thought we were right but we were way fricking wrong. frick us for ever believing in _____"

so individual fans are supposed to apologize for the alleged comments of the collective "we"?

Sure. Isn't that what Thanksgiving is for, I mean outside of college football?

I get that. And I am telling you I think LSU fans are a bunch of thin skinned pussies that like to hide behind tough guy online personas for pointless reasons.

Its not like God lets you into heaven faster if nobody saw you bleed.

or he came to dislike that his job was contingent on Les Miles remaining coach, which is completely normal

Aggies try to brag about something like facilities that we actually lead the SEC in:

"STFU Aggie, always bragging about stuff that doesn't matter."

LSU fans try to say Steele + ANYONE was an upgrade:

"A completely understandable bit of damage control in the classic Rant style."

It would be nice to see one of yall say just once "We were fricking wrong, we thought we were right but we were way fricking wrong. frick us for ever believing in _____"

Just once, just for the fun of something new.

If I remember correctly LSU fans were underwhelmed like most Auburn fans are . Which is why I don't really understand the point of the thread.

From what I've heard he really regrets going to A&M do to the terrible offense he has to work with and how boring of a town College Station is.

I hope you see the irony in calling anyone thin skinned. Apple doesn't fall far from the LSU tree; you must get it from your father.

I was mad Chavis left. But I was 100000000000000000000000000000x more mad we hired Steele.

What a flustercuck.

At least we eventually got our guy with Aranda and wasted the Steele year with a really young team.

Chavis doesn't even own property in CS. He didn't in BR either. He lives in Tennessee I think. Dude lives a miserable life renting out places and going home when he can. He was notorious for skipping out on recruiting meetings and visits because he wanted to go home instead.

Ehh, AU's offense appeared to have trouble punching it in for TDs in several games and just plain sucked in others. Stats may indeed prove the RZ offense was great even though they appeared to struggle.

Why would a coordinator buy property? Have you followed college football before?

Pretty sure his family has always resided in Tennessee as well. Chavis is no different than any other coach. His loyalty goes as far as who's writing him checks. Once he was no longer a coach at his alma mater, it really didn't matter what color polo he's wearing on Saturdays.

This thread isn't even about Chavis. Aggy is just bringing their daddy issues into this thread. LOOOOOK AT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

We get it. You like your coach. Good deal. This thread is about a terrible troll attempt and how Auburn paid LSU to take Steele. Amazing. If I was a god, I couldn't have even imagined this good of a solution to the Steele problem.

My soon to be in-laws work with one of Chavis' sons, and see him regularly in Knoxville. He definitely goes home a lot. His son is an attorney in Knoxville. Idk about the renting piece, but he is regularly seen in Knoxville.
