You should have just heard Mayock taking Clowney to task for running the 40 and then sitting out the next two drills, saying he'd be back later, which he hasn't been yet. He said you either come and participate or you don't, and it just brings up more questions about Clowney's work ethic.

Warren Sapp

This coming from the guy who did 16 reps in his combine because "there are no bench presses on the football field"

Sapp is a loudmouth and does nothing but make up shite on the air about his playing days. The stories he was telling about his combine and team meetings make it where he has no room to talk. 16 reps Warren?

I agree with the work ethic stuff, but this move after blazing the 40 seems like a good move to me.
He's top five guaranteed right now, why bother with anything else.

Not as mad as Dee Ford though, he's just been told he's not healthy enough to play football based on an injury from 2011. His draft stock just took a HUGE hit. He went from the 4th-5th round to most likely not being drafted now....and all that after talking so much shite....wow what a way for a punk to go out.

WEAKNESSES Is more thinly built in the lower body. Inconsistent technician. Has a tendency to play tall. Down-to-down effort lacks consistency. Lacks discipline on and off the field and has had to be managed closely since he arrived on campus. Needs to learn what it means to be a pro. Plays in spurts and is too much a of flash player -- does not consistently dominate like he could. Is still immature and finding his way -- too much of a follower.

Methinks you don't know the difference between participating in the combine and playing football

do comments about a football player you don't even know for your school normally tick you off as if someone sexually molested your grandmother?

auburn and SC fans and this whole ford/clowney nonsense is annoying.

I hate the offseason, but I hate you more OP

Why didn't he have the same crticism of JFF and Bridgewater.

Its like Clowney slept with Mayocks wife or something. He also ripped Alshon Jeffery 2 years ago. He misses just as much as anyone.

Why do you defend this fraud so hard? If he was on my team I would hate him for quitting on his teammates all year and being a lazy POS. He has never lived up to his potential. He very well may still end up being great in the NFL, but he will have to take on a SERIOUS attitude change before that will happen. The NFL is a professional business and he will get laughed out the door if he doesn't come to work every day

Wait a minute..I thought it was Nick Saban that played injured players overtrained them and wore them out.

Where are all the butthurt Barners and Corndogs whining about poor Dee Ford and his injured back?

Sure, maybe, tell me about the 4th-5th round projected player who was told at the combine that he couldn't play b/c of herniated disk injury from 2 years ago, that hasn't healed, but who then went on to be drafted. Who was that again?
