Big fat no, on the legal issue. Just made him tougher, however, he needs to know these things will happen. The refs aren't always looking.

So, what then? Block in the back?

Yeah he should. He'd just thrown an interception. You keep the guy on the ground until the return is over. He probably just should have been a little more graceful about it.

I don't think he will be very accurate when he is on his back.

You better hope Tennessee continues to get off to their usual slow start. If they get off the blocks fast, Bama won't be able to pull their bullshite Old Miss comeback. Tenner will get after it and not use matador tackling techniques. Olè, olè!! Like a damn bull fighter

Tennessee will score at least 40.

Say whattttt? You can pass on Bama if you have a decent QB and receivers? What about your game with 10RC lead you to believe that Dobbs is an accurate QB and that their receivers are anything other than meh?

How many starting o-line is UT missing? Is the first string center going to play? App State embarrassed UT's o-line. What do you think Tim Williams and Ryan Anderson are going to do to them? Dobbs will have less than two seconds in the pocket. He might be able to extend some plays with his legs, but I don't recommend it, if Foster is near.

Rashaan Evans sack be called for roughing the passer because it was too low.

You do realize that entire unit has been reshuffled and have gone up against 2 very good defenses and put up 38+ points on each of them, right? If you think Tim Williams and Ryan Anderson are facing that unit on Saturday, you're going to be very disappointed.

I get that everyone wants to point to Appalachian State as proof that UT sucks, but Clemson had a shitty game against Troy and nobody gives them any grief about it.

UT's o-line has improved, but they haven't faced a d-line like this. Do you understand how hard it is to replace a center?

Did you just call Auburn Troy? Or did Troy play Clemson also?

Clemson needed a 4th quarter comeback to beat Troy by 6.

I agree, but I stipulate that UF has a very, VERY, good defensive line and we were able to light them up.

This is a key point and I think UT is vastly underestimating the Bama secondary. They had a few bad plays. Not that big a deal, they will get better just like most teams do as the year progresses. Dobbs is not a gun slinger, he will have to have the game of his life to have 60% in the game.

Ok- I don't know, I was just going by what was said the other day by people having a stroke about it. My overall point was that it didn't seem like something that was that big of a deal as it was made out to be.

While Florida's d-line is good, I doubt ours will fold like a lawn chair like theirs did in the second half.

Against UMASS,KY, and North Texas. Get real, this entire premise that UF had the best defense was based on those teams.

To answer the OP's question

Austin Allen is playing like one of the best QBs in CFB and no one on his line wants to help him

Very true, but I don't think the line will be in tact like it was against UF. I hope it is.
