Any time I see the TSIO acronym here (and this is the only place I see it), it takes me a few seconds to remember what that stands for. And then a few seconds after that I forget all about it again.

Well, you do realize this is a message board right? It is somewhat odd that there is zero shitposting from either side about this game. So one person is curious and starts a thread about the topic. Then people discuss it because it's a message board. Then you create a response thread because you're so triggered by it instead of posting in the original thread. Do I have it about right?

LSU is not a major rival to any Bama fan over 20. It has been a good game because of the talent on the field, but AU and Tenn. are the major ones. You better believe 95% of Bama fans were riding LSU this past weekend. If LSU plays Tennessee, the same 95% will be cheering them on there as well.
Kinda weird the way they act sometimes. Strange that they will cheer for A&M and Arky over Bama - when those teams are their rivals! Bama fans (except maybe kids here) would never do that with AU or Tenn.
I guess it is a Saban thing.

Yep. I have no anymosity whatever towards LSU. I just consider it a big, fun game every year that I look forward to, much like when we get crossover games with Georgia or Florida. I have absolutely no problem rooting for them against Auburn and Tennessee.
On the flip side, I wouldn't root for Auburn or Tennessee if they were playing ISIS.

We're just telling you most of us over the age of 25 think of Auburn and Tennessee as our rivals and LSU as a big game.

I have no idea what the players think. Honestly, I don't think those guys usually care about teams as much as we do unless there is a specific reason from their time there behind it.
