Because of easier division

We might even be a better team.

Might as well pile it on while I'm here...

Georgia. Only time Ole Miss will appear in Atlanta is when the Peach Bowl is helping the Make a Wish Foundation get y'all there.

Will reserve judgement on that one for this season. Fortunately enough, we will get to find out.

To the OP, UGA easily has a better shot to get there. I don't think it happens this year, but not having Bama on the schedule definitely should give us an advantage statistically. While I don't believe the East is that far behind the rest of the West (Bama excluded), it is still an easier road to Atlanta no matter how you slice it.

Georgia isn't in the same division as Bama. So Georgia is the correct answer

Sherman has a better shot at getting back to Atlanta than Ole Miss

In reality, Georgia because Ole Miss would have to beat Bama again and not lose to Ark, MSU, LSU, Auburn, or A&M.

UGA has been to Atlanta as recently as 2012. I think the west is still a tougher road right now.

UGA has the better chance because Ole Miss lost a lot of talent

Man that was so crazy last year how Ole Miss beat the national championship Bama team and then went on to lose to Florida and MEMPHIS and totally ruin their season remember that?

Not being a homer, but UGA. It's a shorter drive.

Seriously....Ole Miss plays in a tough West division. LSU and Alabama should be very good this year.

That said, I would be shocked if either goes to Atlanta.
