That Tenn/Georgia game will be huge.

This will probably be the "most important" game in the series since maybe 07...and that one was only real important in retrospect since the east was on the line, but at the time of the game they'd already lost twice.

If you go back to importance at time of game, hell you might have to go back to 03 or 04.

Ole Miss last played in Atlanta in 2014. LSU last played there in 2012.

UGA... they have probably a 30% chance. No way OM has that much of one. UGA just needs us to mess up, while OM needs both Bama and LSU to mess up.

I'm guessing this thread didn't turn out quite like you had hoped.

UGA. They are only an hour away. Oxford is 5 hours away.

UGA of course. That's a silly question. If Ole Miss were in the East, there'd be a good argument. But UGA has the easier path by a wide margin.

We will get to see which is the better team as they are our rotating West opponent and we play there. Ole Miss has certainly improved their recruiting but even in our dark years we managed all top 10 classes.

So I think the game will come down to coaching, Freeze has been at Ole Miss a few years and has more experience. If Kirby wins, OM will have no excuse.

That said, it is plausible UGA makes it to Atlanta but it will take seeing how the team gels with a new coaching staff. The D should be stout but O could take some time.

Ole Miss will also be coming off of the Bama game, whereas Georgia will be coming off of the Mizzou game
