I thought LSU's used to be "Deaf" Valley and then it slowly quit being corrected and was changed to "Death" Valley?
There are also some old timers who will insist that LSU's stadium was called Death Valley long before people started calling it Deaf Valley.
There have been long back-and-forths on this topic in the past, and it's been impossible to get any definitive answers.
Still, LSU are the true Tigers, and our band plays the true Tiger Rag. Clemson can go to hell for copying all our shite.
P.S. -- And orange does not belong with purple.

im serious though. with the amount of talent the state of georgia produces, there is no reason yall havent won a championship since the 80s.

UGA just isnt what it use to be.. UGA is on the decline..

The league is changing and Richt is apart of the old regime. Until he goes UGA will sit there and rot. I mean how the frick do you lose to COLORADO
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:24 pm to auzach91
we aren't on the decline as a whole. they can come back.
and there is no excuse for our lack of titles. its just been piss poor leadership that has plagued the program
ok yea most people point to other games that involve us losing, not one of his best victories

kinda sad, growing up in the state, to see them failing so hard. i like it when they are good. gives me something to talk about when im back home
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:24 pm to auzach91
Im all about the RAMBLIN WRECK!
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:24 pm to MsGarrison
ok now yall are just flaming UGA again

im telling you, that is when uga starting going down the shitter. the moment he let the whole team go out on the field, the players felt that he was a pushover. he had them going in a great direction and was going to be the best coach in UGA history IMO, but went back to his ways at FSU and let his team become thugs.
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:27 pm to auzach91
one of his best jobs coaching. the program went to shite startin more so in 2008 and he lost all discipline

oh, they are without a doubt my favorite team from the state, but the majority of my friends growing up are uga fans and it just gives us something more to talk about. when they suck they never want to talk about it
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:28 pm to auzach91
no matter how bad we are they are always worse. the gnats are pathetic

truth. i just never liked either team growing up. my dad is somewhat of a tech fan, but there fans were always much tamer compared to my uga friends who just talk shite all the time. not to mention all of HS yall owned us and i was about the only auburn fan at school
Posted on 5/23/11 at 9:33 pm to auzach91
early 2000s were good years for us, thats for sure. unfortunately in HS thats when we tapered off with my senior year being Georgia's demise in 2008. it was our frickin turn that year dammit

I just dont see UGA a threat.. AJ Green carried that team to victories and was a huge threat that opposing teams were afraid of.. Im just not buying into the UGA hype after the fail this past season

i mean do so at your own peril. they couldn't close last year thats all. they were either leading or tied in the 4th every single loss.
this isn't some team that got arse raped every game. it was a very poorly managed team that was very talented but it was wasted on richts ineptness. AJ Green did not make that team. we won before he got there, we can win again.
