Edit: Realistically it'd be very difficult to find a good receiving option to put in the TE spot. More of a pipe dream for me. BOB being from New England makes me fantasize over a Gronk type guy.

i think what he meant is there have been a ton of college guys like amari cooper at the wr and rb position that have been speedsters with elusive video game like moves that just haven't panned out in the nfl. physical specimens like jones are few and far between. It's akin to comparing reggie bush and adrian peterson in college. bush is one of the greatest college running backs of all time and did some amazing shite(history will remember bush as the better college player), but peterson is just a straight up beast and his game translates better to the nfl.
