How do you not have as many question marks as Mizzou? You have more on defense(where we don't have many at all) we have more on offense (where we have a ton, but you also have your fair share)

Mizzou only has difference makers on DL and just took a big depth hit there a couple weeks ago. Mizzou isn't as good in the secondary as UGA is. I don't know much about Mizzou's LBs except that Brothers is gone.

Mizzou has no scary players at the offensive skill positions and was bad on the OL a year ago.

Basically, to most people, Georgia appears to be significantly more talented than Mizzou.

UF 11-1 and winning the SECCG to go 12-1. LSU is a W and the LSU fans who are older than 25 yrs old know it deep down. The hype machine is going to blow up in the hillbillies faces....Gators have much much better defense than most know and we regturn 4 starters on the OL who have a lot more experience and a run game that will be feared...# 24 Mark JUCO Thompson will probably be a 1,200 yd rusher and we have talent at WR (Calloway...remember him vols?)...a lot more than UT or UGA. Del Rio is going to be a surgeon performing open heart surgury on the hearts of rival fans....then there is Fast Eddie who has kicked 70 yders in practices and Townsend is back to flip fields for us. He led the SEC in net punting btw. UGA needs more time to get defense stout. Mizzou is still a question mark and USC doesnt have the talent/depth yet and Vandy will be tough but depth isnt there in talent.

I like Florida or Georgia. Tennessee hasn't proven anything in a wide open division with solid chances.

? This is stupid. Tennessee beat Georgia last year and should have beat Florida.

Georgia lost players and have a brand new head coach. They will probably start a freshman QB. Tennessee didn't lose any good players and have an easier schedule.

In your opinion, do the benefits of meth use outweigh the disadvantages?

UT, UGA or UF - in that order, in my opinion.

ETA - The worse thing going for the Vols IMO is that they've been dubbed the favorites by so many. How many times have we seen that not pan out?

Agree. As far as the media goes we haven't been picked since 4 coaches and nearly a decade ago so I'm not too concerned about whatever trend they have of being right or wrong. What I do hate is that being picked the favorite makes things harder as teams get even more pumped when they play you.

bullshite. We've got, at the very least, 4 NFL type players in our back 7.

Mizzou isn't as good in the secondary

That's fair, but we are still strong in the secondary.

Your comments on offense are fair. We've added some skill guys though, I'm confident. The OL? Well, yeah. Praying for no injuries.

As for what most people think. That's irrelevant. Most people simply look at the name on the jersey because they know nothing about other teams. So most people will think Georgia will be better nearly every year. There are fair reasons for that, but it doesn't necessarily make it true.

I do t pretend to know as much about Georgia as dawg fans, but I do try to familiarize myself with other teams. I think it's fair to say Georgia has just as many questions as Mizzou. If you disagree, that's fine. We'll see who has more answers soon enough.

Mizzou returns more proven players off a better unit from last year.

I'll go with Mizzou.

The FPI has already determined this by a decided margin.
