Beating LSU one time since 2000 sure has you confident.

The split may well be a three way tie at 1-1, especially with MSU playing at home twice.

The BYU-LSU game will be interesting to watch. The key will be LSU's inexperienced, undersized and suspect front seven vs BYU's OL composed of huge 27-year old mean grown men.

AND the performance of LSU's OL will also be closely watched, though they should be able to handle BYU's front seven individually, it remains to be seen how they will do against packages.

Both BYU and LSU are in a rebuilding mode. Like LSU, BYU also has to replace key players, but (believe it or not) skill players are easier to replace than the lines in the trenches and that is LSU's biggest question next year.

MSU is also going to be an unknown next year. BUT... I think their lines will be pretty solid, lots of transfers, JR college players.

If LSU cannot shore up their defense, their supposedly revamped offense won't matter. What I mean is.. right now LSU has one player in their front seven on defense and one on the OL who would definitely (?) start for ... oh... let's say ... Auburn... Does that fact help explain the question marks?

I really think LSU should be on upset alert for BYU. That could be an exciting game

I'm glad people feel this way. Game 1 will be an eye-opener for many. Like when Happy learned how to putt.

100% correct, but LSU's coach is even farther behind the other two in talent that the matchups should be pretty even.

How all that talent comes together and plays is an unknown, Ed O is not, we know him well.

MSU will beat BYU at home. We would have won last year if we'd had a DC. We still went to OT in Provo.

MSU doesn't have the OL to beat LSU. All they have to do is stack the box and force Fitz out.

It's not CEO you need to worry about it's the dynamic duo of Aranda and Canada.

We heard this same crap from you about LSU's defense all last offseason. Especially about the front seven.

Yet LSU still somehow was able to give up the fewest TDs in all of college football last year.

Go figure.

I see, if that is the case why does changing the "CEO" help?

LSU fans are about to learn a lesson that could have been avoided by watching TN wander around in the wilderness the last 10 years.
