Why would Prohm leave Iowa State for LSU?
Davis wouldn't be an awful choice, I guess, but that seems like the most uninspired hire you could make
Stansbury makes sense. He'd get similar talent and is a better coach than Jones
I'd go after Matt McCall

Tony Bennett's wife went to school with my aunt in Baton Rouge. Tony would have taken the job at LSU while he was at Washington State. Now I would imagine they're settled nicely in Charlottesville.

We do care about Basketball, but it has to be basketball that is competitive and fun to watch. Not this.

Under this scenario, he is likely fired.
If Hoiberg gets fired by the Bulls, it won't take much for Iowa State to fire Prohm just to get him back.
