Amari cooper didnt do great when we played him.....he is doing alright......only took him like 10 catches to get 100 yards and a td

But I mean fournette sucks because Bama stopped him.

That's not bad when you throw a lot of screens.

But I think he only played the first quarter one year.

Well then fournette didn't do to bad gaining 60 while being hit behind the line of scrimmage for most of it.

I don't think most here honestly think LF is a shitty back. He's pretty dam good but he's not the once in generational talent many of you make him out to be.

You also started a thread stating that Travis Dural was a better WR.

No where close to a generational talent in college. He was never the best RB in the SEC any year he played at LSU.

Well, Cooper averaged 10+ yards per catch against LSU.

You are right. He is better than every RB from bama since 1892.

That's like two lifetimes and maybe 6 generations.

We really need to stop saying generational.

Yes you should, because an LSU "generational" RB could never beat Bama.

Pitiful

LSU players don't judge themselves against bama or any other school. LF didn't want to go to bama because he didn't want to end up like Mark, Trent, Eddie, TJ and now Derrick..... Washed up and burnt out.

Bama is a great triple-a team in a state with no professional leagues and hordes of sychophants with a cult-like following of an amateur sports team. LULZ

Henry has already proven to be pretty good, as a rookie nonetheless

Numbers show Titans need Derrick Henry to win

quote:

The Titans are 7-1 when Henry receives more than five carries, with the lone loss a 17-10 defeat to the Raiders on Sept. 25. They’re 1-5 when he receives five or fewer carries, with the lone victory a 28-26 triumph over the winless Browns on Oct. 16.

This is not merely a product of Henry seeing more work when the Titans are playing with a lead.

Henry has scored three touchdowns over the last three games, including two in the Titans' 19-17 come-from-behind victory last weekend at Kansas City. He rushed for 58 yards and those two scores on nine carries. Murray provided 89 yards on 18 carries and five catches for 52 yards, including a critical fourth-down conversion.

Murray is averaging 4.6 yards per carry. Henry averages 4.5.

I wouldn't have gone that far, but Warmack seemed like as sure of a bet that you could make to be damn good

Hard to say, both need to be a fit with the team and offense. Guice on the other hand will have a better NFL career than both of them.

I literally cannot name one huge play by Leonard Fournette. The team was top 15 for most of his career but there are close to zero Remember When moments from him

He only had around 30 yards two years in a row and is still in the top 5-15 of any mock draft that I have seen.Do you think every GM and scouting department in the NFL watched those games and couldn't see why he got stuffed on damn near every play? Are you really that stupid (don't answer-water is wet-fire is hot-and you're a gump)?

Go back and read my post, I never said that Fournette won't be a great NFL back. Nor did I say that NFL people should not consider drafting him. My point is that many LSU fans on this board are arrogant enough to believe that it is a foregone conclusion that he will be a legend and better than every other back out there, including Henry.

Now, he might be the legend they believe he will be. He is likely the best back in this draft class. However, I find it interesting that many LSU fans act as if there is no question he will be a legend, even though he isn't even in the NFL yet. I think looking at it that way, even through the glasses of a fan of LSU, is arrogant. That's the overall point of my post.
