I don't know who the best individually is, but I'm pretty excited about all of this

Jalen Hurts + Damien Harris + Josh Jacobs + Bo Scarbrough + BJ Emmons + Najee Harris

chubb? Can you please show us over the course of his 3 years how he's "always been hurt"? I'd really love to see this answer.

Seeing a bunch of SEC West fans argue who is best, Guice or Chubb, tells me who is best.

Wut? The rest of the West hates LSU. They will pick Chubb just to spite us.

I don't understand picking chubb at this point. I didn't even think he was the best back on the team this year.

I'm NOT tossing sony in this thread simply because I don't believe he'll be the best, or even in the top 3 or 4.

But I do think he's probably the most underrated. If we didn't have Chubb I would fully expect sony to easily eclipse 1000 yards. In fact I wouldn't mind Sony eating into chubb's carries this year...he is so versatile and is surprisingly strong to go along with his quicks and receiving skills.

An injury. One. Which he just played an entire season following and was STILL the leading rusher on the team behind a shite O-line. And the guy he led for that team honor is no slouch.

I agree that this is all up for grabs if Chubb hasn't gotten back to original form by next season, but to say he's somehow "injury prone" given the sheer workload he's carried for three years.....you're nuts.

A lot of people also tried to claim Gurley was "injury prone" in 2013 after a player rolled the back of his leg and turned his ankle.

It's football, people will get injured. That doesn't make someone "injury prone" or have a history of injuries. There isn't a single player on planet earth that wouldn't have missed the season after the injury chubb had in knoxville. It's actually a testament to his ridiculous healing skills and work ethic that he started game 1 this year (and went for 220+ yards at that).

Guice, Pettway, Snell, Scarbrough, everyone else

I think Scarbrough has a chance to bolt to the top though. He is going to be good by the time he leaves Bama.

I was not at all surprised by Chubb this year and Id put Sony above him at this point but neither were great because of Chaney. Like Arkansas fans said. Chaney will abandon the run and the runs are so predictable.

Hey nerdboy leave physics class and head to English class stat!

The question is who will be the best running back in the SEC next year.

You can respond when the question is:

"How can we get more than 28 fans into our stadium for a game?"

Guice? I don't think so... a RB needs an offensive line to be "good" and LSU's will be questionable.

I would vote Fornette except he will probably still be recovering from the nastiest sprained ankle in history... but you other fans, don't you dare say he quit on his team and took a Rolex and signed with an agent half way through the season. He is true blue to LSU...and is a fighter and fierce competitor who puts the "team" into "I."

Good Lord what a bag full of stupid. Who the frick posted this?
