Guice or one of the 3 that Bama used this year.
I guess add Chubb as well. Didn't realize he had another year.
I'm not high on Pettway.

Keep an eye on D Crockett (Mizzou) as a freshman broke 1000 yds with 153 attempts, 5-11, 220 lbs. watched a couple of games (TN/Arky) and he looks decent. If Mizzou has a better than average OL in 2017 he may be the surprise RB in 2017.

I don't think they've got much at Rb.
We've got a stable of Rb's that never see the field. Our current best RB hardly played before the Eggbowl this season. Another one of Mullen's strange arse peculiarities. Just weird as f*#@. Let's not play guys that can help us, Dan.

Including one RB who had something like 191 yards & 2 TDs in the EB.

These 3 right here + The Jalen.

Ok, in all seriousness... I hate UGA but I'm thinking Nick Chubb. The best predictor of the future is the past. Guice could be the best but he'll have to prove it.

Well I'll defer to you on that.
I knew y'all had some trouble establishing a lead back this year but I don't know anything about y'alls depth.

You guys do this every year, and every year LSU's RBs are average at best.
Guice became only the 2nd SEC back ever to run for 250 yards in 2 SEC games. Also he was 1st team All SEC while serving as Leonard's backup.

How about we establish the criteria to judge "best RB". Lets determine this prior to the season. Then at the end of the season we will see who fits that criteria. So easy to move the goalline after the season has played out.
This would be a very interesting experiment to conduct here on the Rant. We come to a group consensus on how the RB will be judged. Using only statistical data. No subjectivity in the formula. Then we watch the season unfold and the winner is the winner.
Would love to see this happen no matter who came out on top.

Guice, but Bama will have the best RB group.

here we go again. Ball's on the tee, much crying ahead.

Guice by far. Hopefully Chubb can get back to pre-injury level to at least challenge him.
