Let's compare him to all of the other pundits right now. It takes about half a second to realize that most of them are awful, and Finebaum is probably the best of that sorry lot.

When the rumors started about our entry into the SEC, I listened almost daily. Today, not so much. Apparently someone in charge thinks those strange regulars that he has on his show are adding value to the show. After listening to them more that twice I wonder if they are real or fake. Are there really people that talk and act like that in real life? If they are real, lord help us.

Yeah, the callers are by far the worst. His interviews are fantastic.

He's OK, better than nothing; watched him yesterday for the 1st time in months.

I like Paul Finebaum, he tells it like it is, and most people don't like hearing it. What makes his show unbearable are all the dumb redneck callers.

There's no doubt he's still a bit of a disappointment to his father. But considering he's the bastard child of Skelator and a Waffle House waitress, he's made a damn good living for himself.

His show was better when it wasn't national. In fact, it was at its best when it was just local to Birmingham. It has lost most of its charm for me over the years.
I listen serially, but am not a regular listener by any stretch. I imagine I will listen every day once SEC media days comes around.

I quit listening to him last Fall when it became apparent that he was so openly pimping bama & Saban. His show is almost literally a recruiting tool for one SEC school out of 14. But then, I love his show for showing the rest of the nation exactly who & what bama fans are really all about. If you find Jerry Springer entertaining & amusing, then that says a lot about your IQ level.
