He's not being renewed in Baton Rouge on ESPN Radio. He was already on delay and I truly and honestly feel like he's crap but I'm not an altogether huge fan of caller-driven radio unless its something buzzing or the day after a game, etc.

He's also a terrible troll. I feel like him being on SECN has truly given us a bad name and I'm not sure why SECN went so far in for him to launch the network as to give him multiple hours a day, five days a week. I find it hard to believe that they needed 15 hours of filler on SECN during drive time.

I'll be glad when he's moved off SECN and decent quality programming replaces him.

Interviews aren't bad. The callers are an embarrassment. He has clearly done well for himself. I've tried to watch his show a few times with difficulty. On balance the show is not very informative.

He pisses me off, he's a very smart man and his show could be so much better if he could just get over his need to sensationalize eveything. And he needs to cut most of his staged DA regular callers, especially Jim from Tuscaloosa. I don't think that guy is staged, I think he's a real deal nut job.

I'll continue to watch/listen though because 105.5 really sucks.

I respect his ability to make a living off of what he does. Maybe it's just me, but I get the feeling he doesn't even like sports that much, he just found a nitch and rolled with it knowing what buttons to push.

I tuned in the first day for 15 minutes and haven't watched it since. That should tell you my opinion of his show.

you sure?

Yes, I'm sure - I admire his ability to make money off the Bama-Auburn rivalry. But he turned on the Vols big time during the Means-Young-Fulmer debacle. Traitor!

finebaum is a douche. you can tell he has never played a sport in his life but his opinions on sports are supposed to mean something. i cant stand the dude. his show is horrible, nothing but bama auburn and tennessee hillbillies ranting.

I don't mind him but I hate the show. 99% of the callers are a joke. I wish the SEC network would have a real sports talk radio show.

The OP is an unfair question since none of his fans can read or know how to use a computer

There were a few comments, on another similar thread, that ESPN is cancelling his tv show. Any truth to that or is it just wishful thinking?
