It's said that the Eskimo people have 100 words for snow because it is the most ever-present, difficult, important thing in their lives. I wonder why certain fanbases have so many names for Saban.

It's because he's so small. Small like Rudy Rudiger or small like a little doll. Either way, thanks for the sociology lesson and going all Nat Geo on us.

Your boy faced one decent offense and gave up 59 points. Congrats.

When the dust settles at the end of the year; I'm going to say Aranda. I think he's a more innovative coach than a system coach.

Aranda has coached at the power 5 level for only 3 years, in the worst division in college football no less, and has ZERO impressive performances.

Cool. How many defensive coordinators allow Anthony Jennings to molest them other than Aranda? Just the one? With and entire offseason to prepare? Good to know.

Jennings was awful in that game.

Aranda has a great track record with mostly 2-3 stars so far. Let's see how he does with 5 stars across the board.

He will do what Les tells him to do with those five stars.

And do you really have 11 five stars on defense?

LSU fans when Kirby was Alabama's DC: "He's not that good of a DC. Just another Saban puppet that does what Saban says."

Now that Kirby is gone

"Nah bull shite, Kirby is a huge loss. No way Pruitt can emulate his type of defense."

Yep, now all of a sudden it was Kirby that made all those top defenses possible. The real truth is that it was somewhere in the middle. I don't know if Pruitt is as good as Smart is but I can all but guarantee that Nick Saban will field an elite defense. The rest of the conference can only hope that Pruitt isn't better.

LSU and Alabama will always have a respectable to elite defense.

The real question should be who will field a better offense: Kiffin or Cameron?
